A day at the park

I got to spend a wonderful exhausting  hour or so at the park with my 3 kiddos and my 2 nephews Evan and Gideon. It was fun, but I will admit a little exhausting. Jason and Jasmine did not stop for a second. Evan did not either, we just had to make sure he did not run off with all the puppies. It was so cute anytime a puppy would go by there goes Evan trailing not to far behind. He loves it outside (you can tell he is from Seattle.) Isaiah crawled in the bark, and when he wasn't crawling he was trying to eat it. Gideon just laid in his car seat and soaked up all the excitement then fell asleep. Much fun though.

"Lean in 13"

Gabe and I started a " Lean in 13 " program yesterday. What it is designed to do is trim down the fat and tone up the muscle fast. We are combining cardio, weights, Advocare supplements (which we love) and a high protein, low fat diet. Well yesterday was day 1 of 13. I will admit that the eating part was hard. We are eating 6 times a day, but we are having no flour, sugar, salt, or any of the good stuff. We will be living on chicken, turkey, tuna, fruit and veggies for next 12 days (oh and a gallon of water a day). Neither of our bodies have ever experienced such a think as this. But we will persevere through it all. No kidding we both in 1 day, and yes I said 1 day, we each lost 3.5 lbs. We were pretty excited about that. I will keep you all updated on our progress my goal is to lose at least 10 lbs. I do have the program regimen if any of you are interested.

Anyway's hope all is well with everyone.

Well what a way to start off the new year. today I was helping Gabe move a dresser and my back went out. This was bad enough that I had to visit the chiropractor at his home. So I have been laying on ice and hoping that it will stay in place. Other than that, I'm looking forward to a wonderful year.
