| Friendship is comfort, it's not the most easy and convenient thing in the world because sometimes friendship has a price which is priceless. There's also another side to friendship...like the old saying "When you give a mouse a cookie, it's going to want a glass of milk." Sometimes life throws you around the curve and when we're down, we need a hero because without that inspiration, everything dies. We all look for other things to make us feel better or to justify everything, but it's only in our control to do so. The hero is in us. There is nothing to give nor take, only our loyalty and morals are what's left in the end. | | |

| Having a vision is important, however, not a shortsighted vision...For a while now i thought that school wasn't important...that i should quit, this and that...think about your family....you know...that whole bs about making money when your RVP makes 4 million and he didn't even go to college. Some people can make it without school, and he's one of the exceptions, but he was also 22 when he started and he made 70,000 as a plummer. But right now, we're just kids and we don't even make that much to consider this fulltime. If people just realized the values and morals that we learn, the knowledge and skills that comes secondary will carry us beyond even the company itself. Application is more than just pen and paper and hitting requirements or even having a title...Some visions are extremely shortsighted. A leader who is loved and feared shows true value that lives on forever, pass all lies, deception, and betrayal. A person who is not liked is no leader at all, because there is no impact or value that he can bring other than being just a manager..and sometimes the person is not even a friend...Only the fallen, the greatest, the one who understands and helps you when you are in need is the one who can inspire...and the rest is bullshit. No loyalty and respect is granted to those who deserves nothing. Look at your own actions first... | | |
