while reading God's Meessage for each day... todais was The Way of Faith!
this is what it said... Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Hebrews 12:2~ When mountain climbers are in dangerous terrain... they rope themselves together. Sometimes one of them slips and falls -- backslides. But not everyone falls at once, and so those who are still on their feet are able to keep the backslider from falling away completely. And of course, in any group of climbers there is a veteran climber in the lead, indentified for us in the letter to the Hebrews as "Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in." Traveling in the way of faith and climbing the ascent to Christ may be difficult, but it is not worrisome. The weather may be adverse, but it is never fatal. We may slip and stumble and fall, but the rope will hold us.
i hope that this little paragraph influenced you as much as it did for me. i think sometimes we get so caught up in our own lives that we never realli realize, we are hurting the best thing in our lives! GOD! He is who we are here to live for, not these worldly things that will onli satisfy us for a short time. when you feel down, just ask God to help you through all because i promise... | just remember... when you feel like everything is going wrong and you just want to forget about everything and do what most people in college do (drink and parti), DONT DO IT!!! that feeling of relaxation and fun will onli last for a couple of hours and you will just wake up feeling like crap... then the problems and insanity are still there the next day! so first you started out with a crappy day, drank and felt crazi, woke up and felt like the scum thats eating your stomach away, and still have that crap you started out with! that just doesnt sound appealing to me... although i did just want to give up and drink away all mai problems and stress this week... then i had mai quality time with God and remembered that onli His love can really work with mai stress and problems and can make me feel better eternaly! | | |

| being home is great.... mom and dad are being nice.... deb and i are kickin it... fightin once in a while.... and best of all.... MAI GRANDMA is here!!! i love her to death and christmas is just around the corner. i get to see mai church friends and wow have they changed.... school friends.... i've seen some at the mall and stuff but they are still the same. sad thing is.... you can tell who went to college and who didnt! sometimes things never change! ha....but i cant wait to go back to school! | | |
