| well its been a while since i have updated. I am doing cross country and we have morning practices and they suck cause im so tired afterwards. R 1st xc race is on Saturday at Lake Afton. It is the Bishop Carroll invitational. I hope we do good and I am going try and medal. I hate white days cause my classes r so boring. I have a great gf.

| its been a while since i have updated. Yesterday my church got back from our trip. It was soooo much fun. I had a really good time except for the part that I got a nail stuck in me. This was the best year for MT. T.O.P. I had so much fun. I was doing a cartwheel one day and I did it a weird way so some people laughed at me but it was funny. So XC practice started a couple of weeks ago and it is going pretty well so far. Well i g2g so i will ttyl peeps.

| Just got back from KU Relays. I ran the 4x1 mile and we did pretty good. We took 14th out of like 19 or 20 teams. KU Relays is the BOMB!!!! I got Maurice Greens autograph and got to watch some of the Olympians run. It was pretty cool. Are coach ran the Masters 800 and he did good. We have a track meet up at Salina on Tuesday and that is going to be a good meet. We went around parts of the campus and KU has a nice campus. Well I am really tired and going to watch TV so I will talk to you people later.

| I just got back from Hawaii. It was an awsome trip except for the 8 hour plane ride. I had a lot of fun. I hung out wht some people from my dads work. We went snorkling and then we had a luau. I went in a helicopter tour which was cold and fun. It was just an awsome trip.
