Alas, friends, the Tucks are finally moving.  Tomorrow morning we will be loading up and heading to our new home in Stillwater.  (Anyone who wants to help load is more than welcome!!!)  We will be handing over this xanga site to Trevor and Aimee Tindle, the super cool folks you guys met at the cookout.  The Tucks will begin using our new xanga - melandtone - so leave us lots of welcoming comments to let us know we're still loved!

One more Tulsa thing though - the cookout scheduled for this Thursday is being postponed until July 27 at 7:00pm and will be an ice cream social.  We should be there and we expect to see all of you there too!

So, we only have 4 of you guys that might go to Glorieta???  What's up with that?  What about the rest of you??? 

Think about Oklahoma in August....suffocatingly hot, dry as a desert, heat index of 1 billion degrees.  Now think of mountains, huge trees, soft green grass, cool breeze, refreshing rain everyday, wearing a jacket or jeans in the evening, solid spiritual food that will get you pumped and ready for the school year.

Please leave us a comment if you are planning on going, or if you know of anyone that is who might not have access to xanga right now (i.e. Macie, Luke, Catrina).  Just a thought - you might want to bring your money on Thursday, that way you don't have to worry about getting it to Steve later.

We want to give a big shout out to the Mamas and the Papas TCC SFC Volleyball Team!  Here is their plaque that they won in the tournament at FBC Coweta.  Yes, it is the sportsmanship award, which sometimes is looked down upon.  But the gentleman who is in charge said that several people commented on our team and gave many compliments about them, so this award is truly earned.  Thanks to each of you who competed for giving our group a good name!  Congratulations!!!
