Mother Teresa had always been one of my greatest heroines, and this article gave me a new insight on just how much faith she had. And it's amazing how much she can keep on loving the people around her, and Jesus when she was plagued by neverending doubts and darkness. It's indeed true that God never lets us be tempted beyond what we can bear, and mother teresa stood the tests to the end. But moreover, becasue of her desire for Jesus and her desire to share in his "cup" allowed her to taste the suffering of Christ possibly more than anybody else => the darkness and loneliness when God turned His face from Him.
This just reminds me how selfish i am sometimes -that I love God only when I feel his presence, and many times I go to church and pray.. etc, so that I can feel close with God. But Mother Teresa, she served because she loved Jesus - even when she did not feel his presence and served to make Him happy regardless of the cost.
