| How is your heart feeling at this moment? Do you think that you are having major problems? Well think for a minute.. There are people in New Orleans who are suffering because they have lost everything that they have. They have no clothes, food and water are scarce. You may think that your problems are small now, but in reality they do not match up to the people who are suffering from hurricane Katrina.. It is time for us to reach out and help these people.. Pray for them, donate clothes and money.. A simple thought. They need us. Please take the time to consider if your problems are so big that you need to be stressing over them and not even thinking about the vicitms of this horrible huricane.

! Yummmm and then we watched the Lion King!!! I cried yes when Simba's dad dies that is a tear jerker!!
And we went to bed at like 2:30.. Then wakin up early this morning I had to go to the gym.. I was far to tired to do whatever it was that my personal trainer wanted me to do
.. Erica chilled with my mom!! We went to the pool afterwards.. wow nice and crisp!! how do you like your people!!
