Okieokie so...today is actually a pretty big day.
It's...
1). My brother Jeffrey's 12th birthday. Which seems absolutely crazy to me. When I think back on it, when I was twelve, I met some of the bestest friends of my life, the people who actually, surprisingly enough, did end up influencing my life a lot. I remember the days in 6th grade, running around with Tia, meeting new people. It's just weird because this is just like showing those days really are over, and now it's my brother's time. Crazy shtuff yo. I still can't believe I'm in college.
2) The one year anniversary of the couple I stalk. AHAHHA I just wanted to put that up here. I'm so creepy sometimes :P
3) CHINESE NEW YEAR! Aka Lunar New Year. It's weird not being home for this occasion, being home with my family. But I guess in a way, it was nice to spend it with new faces; went out to dinner yesterday with a bunch of upperclassmen, and unleashed the inner fattie :D In some ways, I wish I were home with all my old friends to say, "GUO NIAN HAO!" but the hustle and bustle of China Nite this Saturday has really kept me busy enough to not be feeling too much homesickness haha.
4) 10.07.07<3 Yay for four months with the monkeyface. We've had a lot of ups and downs, and dramatic moments, but I can really say that I'm happy :]

Hello Xanga. It's been a while.
It's kind of interesting to see the progression of internet web fads that have happened throughout the years...there's been Blogger, then Xanga, then LiveJournal, then Myspace, and now Facebook. Eventually, it's become less of people writing on the internet to more of people just kind of...listing their stats and stalking each other's friends, interests, photos, etc. Not saying I'm not part of that trend, but it's just interesting, haha.
SO I decided to try writing on this thing again. Even though I'm pretty sure most people don't even use this thing anymore and have just forgotten about it. I sure did. I haven't really logged onto here for anything other than just to check up on my subscriptions, see if anyone wrote anything.
College is...quite interesting. The people here at Rochester are really nice, which is awesome. But I think a big thing for me is going to college made me realize really how lucky I was to have such AMAZING PEOPLE <3 back home to get me through everything. I really miss everyone a lot :( And yet at the same time, Rochester is really beginning to feel like home. A home. Strangely enough, haha.
It's funny how time passes so quickly, and how things change even when you don't mean for them to. It's funny to go back home because it's like...I've been living life here, in the land of near-Canada, and my memories of home are still stuck at that point in the past when I was there myself. So going back is like...things at home have changed, people have moved on, I've changed, moved on, and yet at the same time, it's like expecting to go back to the past and just realizing wow...life really does move quickly.

Life is just incredible sometimes.
And wow Rochester is crazy. It freaking snowed for like...2 days straight. o.O
Okay this is all I have to say.
It's not much
and not really anything fascinating
but eh, whatevs.
