| on the road againYeah, so we just got back from DC yesterday, and we're already getting ready to go to Virginia Beach. -.- *sighs* I love traveling and all, but... sheesh! Gimme a breatha! >.< Yep... My mum's sisters and my cousins are still here. I'm enjoying having a little sister. :) She's so cute (when she's not screaming for something xD). So it has been quite fun.
My special music at church went very well last night. God continues to bless me more and more, and I really do not deserve it... I don't feel I've been close to Him at all lately. :( But thank You, Lord, for all You do...
Lastly (that I can remember at the moment), Courtney... Apparently, she's attempting to join the air force. She hasn't been able to find a job after over a month of seeking, and she's running out of time to get money for college. So... I guess she feels this is really what she needs to do. I wanna support her and everything because serving our country is a great thing to do, but... Idk. I guess the selfish part of me just wants to keep her closer... =/ I'm gonna miss that frickin' troublemaker. Love you, Courtney...
Wellllll... Much love, everyone!!

| *whines*We're going out of town... again! ;_; I love travelling and all, but... *sighs*
The visit with Mark went very well. ^-^ It was really nice seeing him again...
No fireworks this year for 4th of July. Storms...
I'd say my birthday/graduation party went very well, even though not many people came. It was enough for me. ^.^
Bryce is stupid. -.-
Much love!! (especially to all my brothers out there! *hugs*)

| O.oAs if having knee surgery wasn't enough, my dad also has a kidney stone.
Good news: Mark's down here with me!
And also, to Mr. or Mrs. New York...
You've visited my site quite a bit. I'd really like to know who you are since you're pretty much the only one that really checks this on a very regular basis. If you would comment on the box to the right, or message me, or e-mail me, or IM me, or something, that would be very nice and very much appreciated. ^-^ Thank you.
(And if you're not a real person then... bummer. )

| Isaiah 55:8 - "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD.Sunday, June 22 - We rode in the car all day and stayed at my Aunt Patty's house in Tennessee.
Monday, June 23 - In the morning, we visited just a little bit more with my aunt and cousin, Orion, then left for Kentucky. We arrived at my Aunt Vickie and Uncle Tony's house then visited with my dad's sisters and their families later that evening. Lovely dinner.
Tuesday, June 24 - We visited with my grandparents and travelled different places for my grandpa's 80th birthday.
Wednesday, June 25 - Dad and I went to my orientation at University of Kentucky. We all met in an auditorium, and from there I went to take my math placement exam. I did about as good as my SAT score said I'd do, which really wasn't all that bad considering... I forgot my calculator. >.< *sighs* I think I could have done so much better if I had remembered to bring that. Oh well. I didn't have to take a Japanese placement exam. I met up with my roomie at lunch, which was cool. She's a bit taller than I expected, but she's cool. I'll probably begin to think of her as my sister.
Thursday, June 26 - My dad and I split up for different meetings. I went to go schedule my classes, and he went to a meeting for parents. As of right now, I'll be taking 18 credit hours, 6 classes - EGR 100 (basic engineering class), CHE 105 (required chem class), PSY 100, MA 110 (math I was placed in -.-), CS 221 (required computer science class), and JPN 101 (beginning Japanese ^-^). After my meeting and after Dad and I met up again, we went to Blanding to see what the dorms are like. It was there that I got to meet Chris, one of my online buddies. My parents and grandparents didn't particularly like the spike coming out of his chin, but I enjoyed seeing him. lol. We'll hopefully be hanging out more this fall. He's a very smart dude, fo' sho'. Then later on, after we had arrived at Aunt Sheila's house, Mom, Dad, Aunt Sheila, and I all went to the mall to meet up with another one of my internet buddies, Jakob. (He's also a Halo buddy. ^-^) He was kinda shy, but really nice. So it was nice to meet both Chris and Jakob in person. So we visited with my grandparents and aunt and uncle more before bedtime at her place.
Friday, June 27 - My grandparents and my family and I all went to visit my Aunt Sheila at work the first part of the day, and then we headed to Frankfort to visit some of the historical sites. We went to the capital building and explored that for a while. Well, I noticed that there was coffee everywhere, so I wanted a cup. But then I noticed there was no cream or sugar around. So as the clerk of senate was showing my family around the cool senate room where they had just passed a bill, I came up and asked if I could have any cream and sugar. xD hehe. So I guess you could say I stole some coffee from the governor. lol. I dunno. But it was a fun day.
Saturday, June 28 - We all went to see Cumberland falls, and oh man! It was beautiful! =D So after that lovely visit, we drove all the way back to my grandparents house, dropped them off, and headed to my Aunt Vickie and Uncle Tony's house again to stay the night.
Sunday, June 29 - Daniel and I decided to go to my aunt and uncle's Methodist church with them. It was... different. There was more "chanting" (as Daniel calls it), but it was still nice to be in the house of the Lord, I suppose. I think it all really just depends on what you're used to. I got to meet a few people there that mainly knew my dad (because he grew up right down that street), so that was pretty neat. After a little more visiting with family, we began to drive towards TN to stay with my Aunt Patty again.
Monday, June 30 - Driving... alllllll day long. It was nice though.
Tuesday, JULY 1 - My 18th birthday! I am FINALLY 18! Yayz!! xD I'm so happy. So in the morning, I went over to Nate's house to ride horses. (Very fun!) Then I went to go pick Courtney up. We went to the mall to get a second hole in our ears pierced. Haha, it was pretty funny, actually. She went first and was fine. Then I went... The lady pierced my right ear and didn't get to my left ear for another 20 minutes or so. >.< See, I have this thing with needles... *sigh* It was pretty embarrassing. I was on the floor right next to the trash can and everything. I felt like such a wimpy loser. But after it was all over and done with... I love my piercings!! hehe. I'm definitely getting a third hole. So then after we get our ears pierced, we headed over to the theater to see "Wanted". The plot line was frickin' awesome! But morally... yeah, it was probably the worst one I've ever seen. But I liked it. Then Courtney and I went to my favorite dock, and watched the sky turn different colors. It was so beautiful. But we had to cut it short because I needed to get Courtney back at a certain time. So we stopped at my house to have a quick slice of cake, and then I took her home. Then I spent time with my family.
Now today, my dad went in early for his knee surgery. Everything went well. He didn't even sound drugged, which I was kinda sad about. -.- But he seems to be doing just fine. Actually, the doctor said that if he gets some good physical therapy, he may not have to have another surgery for his ACL tear. And about 80% of the pain he was feeling was from the meniscus, so now that that's taken care of, he should feel much better.
So yeah... I'm done updating for the night. Much love!!

| "His word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones." - Jeremiah 20:9Alright, yes, it has been quite some time since I updated, and yes, a million things have happened since then. >.< Saturday, June 7th, I graduated with other homeschool students of '08 at the Richmond Convention Center. My family, Courtney, Zach, and 3 other families came to watch me (and/or Danielle) graduate. I was SO happy to see Zach again (after nearly four years!). I also met a few new friends. ^-^ So it was a pretty good day that day. The Saturday after that, June 14th, was my parents anniversary. Nothing really happened that day. But then the next day, Father's Day, Mom worked, but Dad, my brothers, Zach, Troy, Michael, and I all went to Kings Dominion. That was another AWESOME day! I'll be going there again for my 18th birthday in less than two weeks. =D Now this past week, I was restricted with my phone a bit because I wasn't working enough for Mom and Dad to be satisfied. I babysat Thursday and Friday and earned some moneys. ^-^ Then I spent about $30 Friday night on 3 new Christian CDs. (It's been *forever* since I've actually *bought* a CD. xD haha.) I love, love, LOVE them!! Yesterday was Nate's graduation party. That was pretty fun. We left the party for a bit for a nice horse ride, and oh man! It was such a wonderful ride! =D Starting to feel it in my back though. >.< Today we're leaving for KY to go to my advisory conference at UK. I am SO excited but also kinda nervous. I have to take stupid placement tests. *sighs* Meh... I could really use some prayer for that. We're also gonna be visiting all the family out there. It's my grandfather's 80th birthday on the 24th, so that's special. I really want to meet some of my new online friends that live in Lexington, but I don't see it happening. =( I'm still real active on myspace. Stupid people are still stupid. Mark is still greatly loved. =) God is still Lord over my life. I'll be on my phone, so hit me up! ^-^
Much love!!
