I have a really sad story to tell.

A friend of mine that I work with went to a bar with her supposed best friend and two guys that she didn't know. Well, one guy was flirting with my coworker and the other with her friend. My coworker, who shall now be known as "Emily", was not into the guy at all, but she was nice to him anyway. Later that evening Emily let him buy her a drink...she doesn't remember much after that.

She found out later on that the drink he bought her had been drugged and that she had been raped while she was out of it. What's worse is that the drink wasn't drugged by the guy, Emily's best friend put the drug in the drink for him. The "friends" reason was that she wouldn't have been able to hook up the other guy if Emily didn't get together this one.

Now Emily is worried about STD's and pregnancy. She is now a statistic. She is just one more person who's so called friend stabbed her in the back.

I see this stuff all the time in movies, but part of me still thought that maybe it wasn't real. It only happens there, never here. I hope that everything works out for Emily and I'd like if all of you prayed for her.
