| College!!I've been away from Xanga for a long time. Because I have nothing to do, and want to finish 'not updating my xanga' situation, I write this. well, you know, I've been away from English too. I hope it matters little that I haven't made any english composition for the passed 2 months. I'll be a college student tomorrow !! yay! I took a driving test today, but I failed. nnnnnnnnnnoooooooooo. people in Japanese class are coming to japan soon!! I'll see them on 14th! I can't wait! The long interval of using english definetelly matters my english..... | | |
| it's already the middle of August! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOThat was a week ago Isa came over to Onomichi, my hometown. I was supposed to update Xanga before Isa did, but unfortunatelly SHE UPDATED HER XANGA WHILE SHE IS STAYING HERE!! wata... the problem is that I didn't know that she did while I wasn't home. She must have been bored since I was not home oops!
So, she got Onomichi on 7th, and then, we went swimming just after she arrived my house. I think that was so hard a schedule for her ... since she was sleeping all the afternoon (5~7pm) after we got home. I left her in my house with my family because I had to go to somewhere (probably most of those who read Isa's xanga know what it is). When I got home like 9oclock, she was awake and already had dinner and chatting with my family. She seemed as if she had been a member of my family for a long time. Wow..........she is pretty good at adjusting new circumstance. The dinner was good, even great because my grand mother made it Oh no! I fotgot to take a picture of it!! I was gonna do that only to fotget about that.
We stayed my old house and my grand families house during her stay because my current house doesn't have enough space for extra people to sleep. Isa was so lucky that she could see my current house, my grand-parents houses, and my old house. ( I'm not sure whether it was good or bad for her) All of them are in countryside, actually on small islands, besides, we went to other countryside which is on the other side of Hiroshima near mountains. Should I have brought her to more urban area?? no, I coudn't, there is no such a place in Hiroshima prefecture except Hiroshima city.
I saw her off @ onomichi station on 9th. ok. nothing bad had happened. The only thing I wanna say is WHY IS SHE LUCKIER AND BETTER @ MAKING SOBA THAN ME?? HERE IN JAPAN, MY COUNTRY!! we went to shinto shrine and god a Omikuji, it's a piece of paper which tells your luck of a whole year, and she got the first Kichi which is the best of all, and I got the fourth Kichi which is fourth .... Anyway! That was so nice to see her and had fun!!

| here summer break came back again.my school is over !! but, I have some summer courses and cram schools. yeah, but it's for me .....to pass the exam to go to college. I'll do my best TO COME BACK TO THE USA NEXT SPRING OR SUMMER
I haven't update recently, but I have a big news !!
Isabelle is coming to my house next week!! she'll visit Hiroshima with other exchange students, and after that, she is gonna come to the area where my house is. it's so cool, and I'm excited!! I talked with her yesterday, and I could tell her Japanese had improved a lot!! She sounded fine, and having fun in Japan!!
I'll take some pics and show them to you on Xanga if she allow me to do so. If not, I'll send them via email, so message me or her if you wanna see them!!
| ok. I'm kind of cheating; I use the same blog on this Xanga and MySpace.
almost 2 weeks have passed since I left the US. I'm good, fine, ok, and great now, but I'm sick of a jet lag....sleepy....yawning....I can't sleep until EARLY MORNING.
anyway, I'll go back to school next week, I'm sure I'll be confused by the difference between schools in the US and Japan. According to my homeroom teacher, my classmates are so quiet.. (my credit in US don't count as those here for some reason, I don't know.but I need to get in underclass. Some friends in other schools use their credits and go back to the class they were...) but I'll have fun!!
oh, I need your help, you guys!! I'm forgetting English for sure. so talk to me online!! OH.. sorry I don't have AOL now,, I try to get it.. but I do have msn, yahoo, and gmail. I should be online in Saturday night for several hours.
| I'm in Japan now !!Hi, I'm in Japan, after 7 hour bus ride to NY, no sleep, 2 hours flight to Detroit,12 hour flight to Tokyo, 2hour flight to Osaka, and 3hours bullet train ride to my town.
I'm so tired but I don't feel anything called `jet lag`. yeah I'm lucky in this terms. I miss a lot of people and things .......hostfamily, friends, big fridge, left-drivers seat (I'm talking about cars) Doritos, nutella, music....etc.
on the departure day, I left home @ 9:00. Picking up a friend on the way to DC, who saw me off @ DC, my host mom, brother, and me went to a jonior High school where all the AFS kids in DC area chapter were supposed to come together to take a bus to NY. This departure story is so complicated and long, so when I have more energy, I'll write it on this Xanga or somewhere.
thanks again for everybody. I got Japan safely.
