What changes have you made to go green?
I have been recycling for 15 years.
I grow some of my own food.
I buy food staples locally.
I do a lot, A LOT, of scratch cooking.
Eventually all the "charming original" windows in the house will be replaced. This, along with new insulation will make the home more energy efficient. Half of them are replaced now.
I make full and unashamed use of the barter and trade system.
I make a good chunk of my own clothes, often from clothing that I already have or from items/fabric purchased second hand.
I've done some little things around the house like energy efficient light bulbs, turning off lights or unplugging things when not in use, etc.
I don't litter.
I often end up picking up other people's trash when I'm out somewhere.
I just answered this Featured Question, you can answer it too!

hey? are you me? :)
@Curlyquilter - I might just be......do you have a big arse???
LOL! no, sorry, i don't. but the boobies are pretty big! :)
I'm getting close to what you do, although still not as conscientious as I would like to be. It's mainly that eating of crap that keep the kids and I below the green line. I'm often too tired or overwhelmed to make things from scratch, which is a shame since I'm a good cook. Bravo, my friend!
