| one of my classes i'm taking over the summer is on visual perception, so we're learning about illusions and that kind of stuff. it's pretty trippy, but it's really cool.

| whoaa.. one year down! 25% closer to being a doctor. i definitely have to praise God for everything that's happened this year. God provided everything i needed and brought me one step farther along what i think is His plan for me. the winter wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. i've become comfortable and content in my singleness. haha pride in academic abilities have been crushed. fellowship in church and sg is a refuge. home and sd are anchors. God is good. the end of the year was pretty crazy with tests and assessments. but in the end, i passed first year, and through it all, God is good indeed. :) it feels like the year went by in a split second, but at the same time, it's been a long 9 months. it's been a year of changes. lol hopefully for the better. lots of stuff has happened in sd for you guys too. the fires in the fall...all the new hook ups...heheh ;)...new freshmen and transfers...seniors graduating...people leaving...you guys are all upperclassmen now... haha time to start feeling old! i saw some pictures from senior banquet. it looked like it was really fun. you all looked absolutely stunning. hehe cute fairytale theme. i saw the crazy video that joyce and jon lau choreographed. very impressive, joyce. post more pictures and videos! i want to hear more about it. | | |
| are any of you guys going to be in sd during july to early august? i'm trying to figure out when's the best time to visit.

| i was in the elevator at school today holding my equipment bag and lens case. a little girl who was already in the elevator looked at me, smiled, and said that i looked like an eye doctor.  that totally made my day.

| hiii... sorry i haven't posted in a while. lol, there's not much to report though. it is midterm month madness for the rest of april, then finals at the end of may, and then.... 1 year down, 3 more to go. crazy. i'll probably be staying in ny for summer school during june, but i should be back in cali for july and august. i'll try to visit sd and the bay area when i'm back.
as for the boys, nothing's going on with any of them. haha the novelty is wearing off. meh, whateverz. hahah
yeah, my life is pretty boring right now. i just study. and i have no cool eye tricks to teach either. lol, sorry. just wanted to let you all know that i'm doing well. it's the beginning of spring quarter for you guys right? one more quarter, and another year down for you too.
