so i have a few stories that are quite well hon and jon news worthy. the first comes from my home paper the St louis post-disptach where th eonline title is
Herpes virus has an upside, study finds
according to dr. herbert virgin, from wash u, the herps virus which mononucleosis is one of, can acutqally be helpful in fighting other dieseases. i just think anytime a dr. virgin is taking about herpes viruses is funny. and now if anyone wants to get herpes...i mean gross. the next story is is all over the news. its about bubba ludwig of the great state of illinios. as a law abiding citizen he owns a gun permit to carry his 12 guage Beretta shotgun that his grandfather bought him. now mr ludwig is making news becuase he is 10 months old. his father filled out the application and the baby scribbled on the signiture line and the appilcation was processed and he owns a license. even though he probably still needs to be changed, he owns a gun. http://edition.cnn.com/2007/US/05/15/baby.gun.ap/index.html |

| normaly we here at the hon and jon newsdesk are looking for fun and dumb newstories to entertain with, but today we get contrite about the shooting at Virginia Tech and the loss of life of over 30 people. to hear of such a tradegy, espically at a college where the kids were just in class and then all hell breaks loose, well i got no words to describe it. so just pray for the families of those students that were killed. |

| ice cream goodnesswell i have tried a new ice cream flavor from or friends at ben and jerrys
its stephen colbert's americone dream and let me tell you what... its awesome
its full of truthiness flavor and american goodness that you cant find in other ice cream flavors
