| | What's up....
So the past 24 hours have been very incredible.
~Prayer @ Chip's house was incredible. Being in a gathering of men of prayer really makes me appreciate where God has brought me and helps remind me in the delight that is prayer!
~POSH @ Owen was very good, and I felt it could've gone on another hour or two with all of the very potentially deep topics that were brought up. Alas, the Purdue game was @ noon & lunch had to come in between that and us.
~Purdue rocked out on Michigan! Marcus Green forgetting that he is, in fact......Marcus Green, drops 18 in the first half! It was the kind of game I remembered from my younger years....back when Purdue could beat ANYONE @ home!
~The concert in Urbana (@ U of I) was AMAZING! We (Garet, Sawrie, Steiner, Kunk, Paul, Curtis & I) got there in time to see June...one of the openers...nothing special. Anberlin came up next and we went nuts. They put on a great set. Ryan and I started the push up to the stage, which is always fun...especially when you're pushing past frat guys & sorority girls who have NO IDEA that they're at a ROCK SHOW & not a house party. Emery was equally impressive. We were up in the second-ish row dead center for both them and Anberlin...so good! Hawthorne Heights closed out the night, plugged their new CD endlessly, & closed w/ "Ohio is for lovers." They were pretty much what I expected, which was good, but nothing incredible.
Now, after CAD-ing the dishwasher rack for our senior design project...
I'm going to go home. |
