| Highlighters, Digital Cameras, Money and a 13 Hour Trip I don't know about all of you lovely people, but I rang in 2006 with the biggest bang in years. I went to the High lighter Party I spoke of a couple of days ago, and it was the most fun I've had in years. Laughing at drunk people was of course the highlight of the night, along with catching up on everyone's lives coming in second. Not to mention I have a souvenir signed T-Shirt that is proof that people will write anything when you give them the freedom to. It was so much fun (I know I've used this word a lot but I really is the Best word to describe the night) to hear about the funny and interesting things that have gone on in everyone's lives...the bad things, the hysterical things, the things that I just really didn't want to know about, and of course that GREAT things. The Great things I speak of is that fact that yet ANOTHER one of my friends (Ms. Dacy Tood--my original Babygirl) is engaged to get married and will walk down that aisle with one the coolest guys (you know that type that you want to tell everybody that he's your friend) on July 1,2006 and I will move mountains to be at that wedding.....I'M SO EXCITED!!! I never thought that I would say this, but the people of West Georgia are actually good people.
That brings me to my Digital Camera. Actually it's not mine, but as soon as I get off work it will be. The only reason why I feel it's significant enough to bring up is that fact that my crazy mom and I got into an argument about it and she basically talked me out of buying it. While in the middle of this argument , she told that I "have to be patient sometimes..." Are you Figgin' kiddin' me? That was bat the last straw and I went off about how not only am I patient with just about everything, I've been patient with my money. I had to WAIT until I got paid to buy they crazy behinds Christmas Present and I had to WAIT until I got paid to buy my iPod and I've WAITED ENOUGH!!! I want my DIGITAL CAMERA, like, NOW!!!!!!!
Sorry about that...I just really think that she's going to drive me into the Crazy House. The next thing that awaits me is a 13 Hour trip to Lansing, Michigan for a funeral. My Paternal Grandmother passed away on last Friday and now I have to endure the trip of there (which is draining), go to a funeral (also very draining), then drive back to The 'Boro on Sunday (I-16...enough said) and then I have to get up and got to classes starting Monday. I don't need pity from anybody, but I just to want to tell everyone so that I won't have to keep explaining what has just happened. I'll be fine...or at least that's what I'll be telling everyone........

| Bring Your Own Highlighter? It's OFFICIAL: I am sick. I am currently doped up on a possible lethal combination of DayQuil and some type of Nasal Decongestant. I hope that it goes away before Saturday, because I have a New Year's Eve party to go to. Friends Ryan and Ivey are throw a party where everyone wears a white T-shirt and you bring a high lighter. Now the detail of what will be happing with these two items I don't quite know, but I WILL be taking pictures form blackmailing purposes. I SO excited for this party....speaking of which I need to find something to wear.
Out with the Old and SOOOOO ready for the New,

| Let's See How Fast I Can Take Down All of This Christmas Stuff.......................Well, First of all I hope everyone had a Very Merry Christmas. I personally am glad it's over. I hate to be a scrooge about things but I got NOTHING for Christmas. I now that that isn't what the Season is about, but come on.... NO iPod (it's on back order-so that means it'll come just in enough time for school to start...so I apologize in advance for completely consuming myself in it when it comes.), I got NO Car (I'm still hoping and praying that by some chance my car will either break down or they will give me one right before I leave to go back....I'm still praying about that one), and I think that I'm officially sick (that's just the icing one the cake ...right?). ANYWHO - I'm at work and I sound like my lung is about to kill over...but I'm getting paid for it.........
Do I dare say that the 'Boro is calling my name?

| That's SO High School...... Yesterday was a very hectic day. I was in training almost ALL day. I had to venture out to Interstate North Parkway ( for those of you that don't know, it's over on Windy Hill). I had to sit through a class that taught me how to "get as much money out of Washington Mutual as I possibly can". Needless to say...I was the BIGGEST waste of my time. Let me tell you why -- I just come to work and try to successfully not to mess up anybody's account, try not to go off on irate customers, or try not to get robbed by those customers previously stated...and I have to do all of this with a genuine smile. I don't really want to turn in referrals, I don't want to increase my incentive, and I really don't want a raise. I just want to come to work and make what I make and go home.
After I left training, I headed out to the mess that was Arbor Place Mall. I got "the parents" presents and I have to wrap them later....or maybe tomorrow. The absolute Best thing about yesterday was the fact that got to have dinner with some of my closest friends from Lithia , and it was SO much fun. I mean, I can't even begin to explain it. It was funny because I really didn't want to go when they called me, but when I pulled up to the restaurant (the Douglasville hot spot Taco Mac - a tradition the kids have on Tuesday Night...mainly because they used to have 25 cent wings) I got so excited and I just kept hugging everyone....weird huh? The night, of course, was mainly about catching up with each other. This consisted of : our grades, reminding everyone what we were going to school for, funny stories about our friends, and what our plans were for the rest of the break and over the summer. I was so good just to completely jump back into relationships that most thought were gone...but are there because they were so GREAT in High School. Well that's my little stroll down memory lane.
** SIDE NOTE: If you DID NOT see Nip/Tuck last night....the only thing that I can say is........ WHAT IN THE WORLD?!! AHHAHAAAAA!!
