| finally, bauhaus project is completed. presentation is tomorrow. gosh. anyway, i'll be working with hadassah darling on my final speech presentation. we'll be talking about 'hair'. to persuade our audience to view 'hair' in a new light! how interesting ya? yes, it is ok...
well, these last two weeks will be crucial. i must devote my hundred percent and work freaking hard. come to think of it, i have been single for 6 months, and it just seems like i was still attached yesterday. hmmm... how time flies... these 6 months have been crazy. ralph was right: when i'm back in school, i can never ever have a relationship, cos i'd always devote my time to my work and friends. (that's unless i've got an extremely good guy)
i just had a haircut today. hmmm... it's short. in fact, very short. always this case, but it looks ok la... i'm going zouk this saturday. hopefully, i'll enjoy myself.
actually, just thinking about it, i'm kinda lonely now... gosh. wouldn't it be worst when the hols come? sigh...
| why do we often regret?
i just watched sex and the city, season 6 episode 13. i got really emotional and felt really lost. we often know we would regret doing things we do, but yet we never draw the line. we always mislead ourselves into temptations and dark caves, frequently missing the sign board above, "danger". just like samantha, who regretted fucking richard, we all might have regretted in one way or another in making choices to hurt our partners. not everyone will be like smith waiting for samantha at the lift. u can tell how deep the love he had for her. not everyone is that tolerant.
people are just so superficial. the exterior always has the highest bid. when it come to the inside, who really cares? not until very much later... people pay to have a perfect exterior - make-up, hair-cut, slimming pills, facial care and even plastic surgery. is it really that important? looks will go one day, so will the body and everything else... but what's inside will remain for life. the next time u stare at someone "good-looking" on the streets, ask yourself, "will he be as nice inside?" (not literally! )
