Was @ Laundrybar, The Curve, again on Thursday for the live performances.
And this time, no not for Brokenscar 
Fly fm's Campur Charts event was on, and some bands performing included one named Silent Scream.
Heard the ad on the radio, and some people in college were talking about them performing, so I thought heck I've never heard them play before I might as well go check it out.
Silent Scream.
The thing is, and I suppose you can say the reason for this particular fascination is that,
John, the lead singer of the band, is a lecturer of ACCA in Sunway College.
My ex-lecturer, two good semesters ago.
He lectures Financial Reporting, under the wing of veteran lecturer Ms Menon (you may recognise her name as I have ranted on in the past about her infamous weekend classes and strict demeanor)
It is widely known among us students that John is also in a band, which of course is fascinating (and waayyy cooler than being a dancer + ACCA student! :p)
and OH don't even get me started with his fan-base in college
And am I one of them ditsy girls who swoons as he walks by, you ask?
Of course not! ..............*cough*
Hellew! -me, Jm, Carina, Hannah.
This being my first time even hearing any of their songs, I was mildly surprised by them.
They were actually pretty good :)
And one or two songs I vaguely recognise as some of those I hear on the radio but never found who the artist was, ha!
Big turn out.
After their set was over, I bumped into John whom I didn't think would recognise me,
Because he taught me 2 sems ago anyway,
and my Financial Reporting class is FRIGGIN HUGE, what with 250-300 students and always fills up giant Lecture Theatre 8 to the brim,
and I never sit in front because I refuse to be there 3 hours before class even starts just to claim the front row seats,
So naturally I'd expect him not to recognise me.
But he does :) ah that's always nice.
And he added "And you have a famous blog."
and i swear, no matter how many times this sort of conversation takes place, my face will always be
"I stumbled into it some time ago. People always assume lecturers are OLD and computer illiterate and wouldn't know what Myspace or Facebook or a blog is."
And you know what, he does have a point there.

Stop pulling my leg.
Oh, and I was speaking to some band members of Silent Scream,
one of them is in med school, and I heard another is a law student, WTF wow.
And John's completed his ACCA and is obviously a certified chartered accountant.
Is having a profession a necessary requirement to join the band
John and me and nobody else.

FUNNY STORY.
Albert does this thing when he takes a picture with you, where he goes BAAH! edit: WASSAAPPPP! right before the camera clicks,
which shocked the living daylights out of me when he did it with me and my facial expression terus hilang =.=
Shoot, I wonder whose camera it was, sure can kena blackmail for it.
And so he did it again with Jiameei and look at what scared timid face she pulled LOL SO CUTE
