| ah it has been so long and i'll be gone for even longer. i leave for peru earlyy tomorrow morning and will be gone until the 23rd. while i am there i will moutain bike, white water raft, and hike machu pichu! i don't know what the food situation will be yet though. i packed some special k protein bars just in case. my flight leaves bright and early at 5:40am! stayy strong ladies <33 |

| friday.these past two days have been terrible. and they came at the worst time. i leave tomorrow and i feel disgusting. i don't even want to look at a scale right now much less get on one. this needs to be a WOW summer. when i go back to school people's reactions should be "wow, you look great" this has to be the summer. one week of camp, back for two days, sixteen days in peru. i am freaking excited. |

| tuesday.aah i am so tired and i have beach practice at 6:15am tomorrow morning! who knows how that could go. in the past we've done stairs, sprints, indian runs, or just long distance all in the sand. besides being tired, my mom flipped a bitch about my sunburn on our way home from my haircut. it was her "dilemma". and now she wants to put my sunscreen on before i go to soccer tomorrow. no way in hell that is going to happen. [EDIT] okay i really could have done without dessert. what is up with me today? | monday.finally it is cooling off. today's intake was alright. it was mostly healthy but i could have done without the pretzels. dinner wasn't too bad and i didn't eat all of the rolls. the bagels i get only have 110 calories and still fill me up. more soccer this week and then i leave saturday for a week of camp. | sunday.i love being gone all day. it gives me a reason to not eat. i am constantly moving and doing something so i don't eat. it's amazingg. but then i go to my friend's house who always has tons of food, and that is my weakness. tomorrow's the start of the week and that means more soccer. i really hope it's not as hot as last week because that was just ridiculous.
