| as i sit here watching nathan making a mess of things in my room, i cant help but wonder what his future will be like. right now he is messing with my playstation controller. i cant even imagine what kind of gaming systems there will be when he is old enough to play them.
when i look to my left, i see my bookshelf. i probably havent completed 70 percent of those books cuz most of them are book that were for english. i dont know what happened either. i remember i use to enjoy reading back in middle school. but i have read all the goosebumps book on my shelf.
nathan is now looking through my drawers and has found my cd player. hes telling me that he needs to find a movie and put it the cd player. but thinking about it, i remember i was pretty excited when i bought it. i thought i was prettty cool. now the cd player is ancient hardware and ipods are whats happening.
speaking of cd players, i look to my left and see all of my cds that ive accumulated over the years. just with glance estimation i would say there are over 200 in my collection. people have asked my why i continue to buy cds and not just download them. i dont know. i like having them. but i do download. but if i like the songs enough, i'll probably end up buying the cd anyway. other people say that if i still buy, why dont i just buy from itunes. i tell them that i need that album booklet thing that comes with it.
thinking about the rest of this week, i am excited in anticipation of the release of metal gear solid 4, guns of patriots. i know it will turn out well. i cant wait to have all my questions answered. who are the freakin patriots. and how do they control everything even though they are all dead. i cant wait.

| every time i listen to weezer, i think of keith. its probably cuz he introduced me to them. so as i was picking up their new album earlier today, i was thinking, "i wonder what keith is doing right now? probably sleeping." thats it. and go pick up the red album. i like it.
