Helloooooooooooooooo everybody!

I am not very good at keeping up with my entries but I am here now! It is getting close to Christmas have you been good? Zac, Amy & I went to my mom's house in Desoto for Thanksgiving and there were about 40 people there and lots of FOOD. Then of course our annual shopping trip to Garden Ridge to see all the specials; but it wasn't all that good so we went home. Z & A were begging me, let's go, please, now, there is nothing here you need. Wah, wah, wah.

My neice Carla got a job at Starbucks in Waco as manager that is soooo kool, she loves coffee more than me, if that is possible! I think they will groom her to be a General Manager or Region Manager because she is so good at that stuff. She is the one that just got married ==> the picture is me & pooh bear dancing at her wedding! Anyway, maybe we should move to Waco and Zac could work for Carla, Amy could go to Baylor someday... who knows?

Okay, you stuff now:  Zac, I love you Pooh Bear! U just reach way down inside of you and find all the gusto you can.  It sounds like Randy Cantu might be good for you, but you have to talk to him, tell him about your job needs.  He seems to have a lot of businesses and maybe one would fit you? Won't know til you sit down and talk with him.

Amy: You are so great, I love you TOO! I am glad you are enjoying your Design class we gotta figure out how to save $$ for the summer trip to California! Your Christmas list grows bigger and bigger everytime we go to a store.  Sounds like to me you have actually picked a theme to your room, Polka-dots and Stripes, either orange & pink or pink & purple, am I close? Well pick one so we can get on with our shopping for you!!!!

Bobby: Sounds like you and Zac need a place of your own, however together you can help each other finish out this leasing period. I am glad you and Zac have hung out together for so long, hang in there. Every relationship has its ups and downs; so help each other with the downs are winning! I don't want to even begin to think I understand all the things that are going on with you guys but I feel like y'all are stronger when together.

Ryan: Gosh, it seems like you just got here! I like it when you are around but I also want you to be happy. Working is a part of life that blows but none the less is a part of life. Someone said to me once the phrase, "it" is half of life. I didn't put much thought into it but when I do it is so true. Make your life the way you want it, not that it comes all at once, it comes in stages. If the stage you are in now is not working change it. I made a huge change for me and my family when I divorced the "x". The conscience decision at the time was, "I don't want to live this way anymore". Wow when that hit me nothing could stand in my way until I got there. So I say all this to really mean, I don't want you to leave here but if that is what you need for you, go for it, make what you need for you to be happy.  We love you here and always know our house and heart is open to you. Don't be a stranger and not let us know how you are doing, k?

KJAMS: Y'all are the best! Make a pact now that you will get together over the years after high school. I don't really see a lot of people I grew up with and it would be nice to. Amy is lucky to have such a great group of friends!

Minnie: The "BEST BUDS" picture with you and amy is so cute I love your smiles! It is time we get back to Pei Wei, I love that too!

Channing: I love you man...uh,er woman! I have missed seeing you, but you know the kind of friendships I like are when you are around someone for a while, then apart for what ever reason and you see each other againg you can start back at the same place you left off in, sometimes even the same conversation. Which with me is either cheerleading or how stupid guys are! LOL.

Chris: Amy is my Christmas Angel and is special to me. She is fragile, cute, nice, fun, spoiled absolute rotten, etc., so let's keep here that way!

And to all you other guys and gals out there in xanga-land that are so nice to read on this far send me a comment and maybe I'll mention you in my next entry!

Hey everybody!

Ohh, I have not made an entry in such a long time. That's just me I get into something then slack off, it's all good! I have been on a roller coaster ride of emotions and activities.  As far as activities go first I went to a Halloween party in Red Oak, Texas anyone know where that is? About 15 miles south of Dallas. Anyway, there were some crazy costumes there and the food was all made up to be gross or Halloween-ish (sp?). Okay I made my own costume, I was a night stand and I went alone to the party so that made me a one night stand!    It was so fun, I should get the pic's back today I'll post one of the costume winners.

Lets see then I organized a Service Anniversary party for guys at work. One guy he has been with the TXU corporation for 30 years and the other guy has been there for 25 years.  To must people reading this entry aren't even that old yet.  Anyway we went to a restruant called Railhead Smokehouse in Fort Worth. They serve barbeque and stuff and it is not your typical family restruant by any stretch of the imagination.  There were biker guys mostly with Harleys, then there were like construction worker guys and some cowboys too.  Some old, some young, some good looking, some nasty looking lol and you couldn't even mop up all the drool on the floor when the women started to come in.  Oh my, most of the women that go there are probably on the way to their night job on the stage with a pole.  Umm, this was the strangest anniversary dinner I have ever been to.  You think these guys have been to this place before?  Now that TXU has gone through some downsizing and lay-offs I am the only female in management in my department, you guessed it I was the only female at our dinner.  But we had fun people watching!

Hey, I've gotta run for now. Maybe I'll be able to share more later today or tomorrow.  OOHHHHH, I forgot one important thing!  I applied online for a Seasonal Job at Garden Ridge Pottery Store. I need Christmas money and money for bills very badly, so pray with me that this would help us out!  I love all you guys and gals, you all know who you are. So be sweet, send comments and you are always in my prayers!

Hi y'all,

I felt like crap Sunday night and Monday morning too, so it was a good day to stay home sick, the thunder & lightning were loud and bright. I am not a fan of the rain. I mean I love the good things about it but not driving in it or walking into work all wet and soggy, yuk. Makes for a bad hair day too.  But since I was home I got to work on some invitations that I am making for my niece's wedding. They are for the rehearsal dinner, their theme for the dinner party is Mardi Gras so I made this cool mask picture (computer line-art) and placing it on top of feathers. The feathers are all bright colors then that is glued to a black background and the text is in gold lettering. They are so cool!

The power went off today so I found a radio with a battery and just sat and worked on the invitations. I called the power co. and they had already received the reports. My first thought was, did I pay my electric bill? lol

Back to work this morning though, gotta bring home the pennies! At work last week I had to work as the backup to our Graphic Designer, in his absense this lady called all upset because she did have her project yet from Chuck (the Graphic Designer).  So I got to create the layout per her instructions. I worked in CorelDraw10, taught myself the program by just playing around in it. She loved it, said that the added features I put in were perfect. That felt good!  Then by boss Bill came and asked me to help out a guy with something in Microsoft Word, I am not a fan of MSWord, yuk, but of course I told him I would do it.  Anyway it turns out I didn't know how to do what this guy needed, I didn't let him know it though. I just looked in some books I have and found what I needed. Setup the document like he wanted, he was very pleased.  He called my boss and hold him that I just saved him a lot of time and worry by helping with this project; he even told him to give me a raise!!  I wish it was that easy to get a raise, but phone calls to the boss are always good. If I rack up enough of them then it comes in handy and performance review time!

I love my Guys, my Pooh Bear & my Angel, of course (Minnie & Channing too) and I want you to know I pray for each on of you everyday. Y'all make me laugh when we are together and I hurt when you hurt, I want the best for you, just know I'm always just a phone call away!
