Maya has new words: head, eye, nose, Eli, more. Nose is her current favourite. She insisted on spending all day today and yesterday wearing her snow suit. She even napped in it both days. H (my roomie) has now hidden it in the closet.

I'm thinking I should ditch the lawyer. Which sucks. I'm gonna make some calls on Tuesday and strategize about whether to ditch him before or after we file the paperwork.

My Girl's Words:

No! (this was her first and is still her favourite)

Up up.

Ya!

Ah ah ah ah! (substitute for "No")

Dog (lots of spitting on the g, like do-gkkkkuuuck)

Hat

Mama (and she points at me - I'm in love)

Papa/Dada

Shoes

Eye (usually while she's poking one)

Oh shit!

Uh oh!

Book (more like bu-kkkkkkkkkkhhhh)

Hi!

Bye! Bye bye! Bye!

Ooooooh this is exciting. I've never had a blog before. Oh the possibilities. Where to start?

This is a lazy day following a pretty intense week. Baby is sleeping right now and I am avoiding folding diapers.

What do you want to know about me?
