IM BAAAAAACK! Yes indeed ola to my childrens! These last few weeks have been freakin amazing, i havent had a laptop(mine is still getting worked on) but i have actually enjoyed it; i mean lets face it guys we get to much media as it is do we really need the Internet 24/7? All i have to say is i dont, my relationship with God has been alot better without it! Oh, i got to go to DC last weekend for a youth leaders conference that was headed up by Ron Luce (founder of teen mania, and acquire the fire ministries). Every speaker had total control of the stage and the audience, needless to say i learned alot about this generation and bout where we are headed unless we can turn this thing around.

Let me give yall some food for thought:

This Generation (The Millenial Generation) is the biggest Generation of all time (i know..duhhhh-haha)

If current trends continue, only 4% of Millenial Adults will be evangelical Christians

50% of this generation has already lost its virginity

50% percent of our parents generation has had a divorce

One in Five of this generation contemplates Suicide (300,000 attempt and 15,000 succeed)

90% of Christians make their decision to be such before the age of twenty (which would mean that we have 5 to 7 years to reach our generation before the majority of it is in their twenties)

MTV feeds us with 3,000 soft core porn images a week

80% of teens that are online regularly have watched hardcore porn

1 Million teens are pregnant

One in eight of teens has a sexually transmitted disease

The average age of a teens first sexual encounter is 15.8 yrs old

The Porn industries leading audience is among 13 to 17 year olds

The leading STD amongst teens is Ghonhorhea of the throat (dont think i spelled that right)

Viacom (owner of mtv,vh1,cmt,nickelodeon) has created a cradle to grave strategy which was created with the sole purpose of being able to feed us crap our entire lives, it covers all age groups and is a leading supplier of sex in television-What are we bein "taught"?

Anyways Its bout time for us to do sumthing about it, if not OUR America will be drastically different than the one we are living in (by the way we are living in an America wher only 35% of adults are evangelical christians, which is already pretty bad but no where near a 4% stat)

I feel so tired yall, i got an essay to write tonight on a novel that i didnt finish reading, and to make matters worse im already very tired even as i just sit here.
