| i'm leaving to Vegas on 02/12-02/16..
:: guess where i'm going next? Sin City!! Yup I will be leaving to Las Vegas this February with Elly and DJ!! destination Vegas
:: tampa, austin, seattle, dc, los angeles :: breckenridge, colorado 1/6: What's up everyone? I've been gone for so long that I didn't even get a chance to check my e-mails. When your all covered up in snow it's kinda hard to think about 'laptops'. I did try several times to hook up the internet connection at the mansion but we kept having technical difficulties. Must be the high elevation levels. 10,000 miles above sea level is pretty damn high. When your that high up your mind is on snow and snow only. But I'm back now so I did get to check up on my mail and it only had 2% memory left. I feel loved like Depeche Mode! Thanks for everyone who sent me X-Mas cards and also thanks for those awesome e-mails!! I thought that was so nice of you guys. I also got the greatest gifts this year too!! Thank you so much. Whew! I have been so busy traveling but now I'm settled back at home and ready to start partying again. I had the best time EVER in Colorado. You guys have no idea. Before leaving on this trip I had no idea what was in store for me. I swear, since I got back from Colorado I still have flashbacks. Isn't that kinda wierd? I've been so used to the snow and all the excitement that when I look outside and see palm trees it just does not seem right. Ha. Breckenridge glistens in the winter. Whether it's the snow capped mountains or the crisp mountain air, Breck shines through as a great place to visit. With so much to do, its no wonder that visitors return year after year to see what exciting adventure awaits them next. Ahh.. I'm going to miss sledding, ice skating, the snow, the mansion, the RV. Okay, I can pass out now. Well I am glad to be back home though with the tanning beds, beaches, and no basement houses although basements are pretty damn cool. I'm still trying to adjust but I'm getting there. I'm really going to miss the other fifteen bad ass muthers who came with me on this trip. You do not understand. We had the trip of a lifetime. I cannot stress that factor anymore. These people were the elite. John could not have chosen a better cast to leave for Breckenridge. And I'm going to miss every moment of it. Because this trip was so amazing in a million and one ways, I am going to create a site dedicating our journey across America. To the fifteen other rockstars, stay tuned because I'll try to capture those great and awesome moments we had at Breck. You know how we do! <- cuz we did it!! I got most of the pictures back from my film on the trip but I'm still trying to organize them so that I can post all of them on the Breackenridge site. In the meantime I'm also going to add anything that is 2004 and beyond to my Toooqt4u3 site. So I'll see you guys on the other side. Hope everyone had an awesome holiday break. School begins again and we can sell the books back in May so nobody get sad about college. It's hard work but someone has to do it right? Later! more coming soon.. checkout our pics from Colorado: Ski Trip <- click on this for the link.
Josh and Natalie Ski Trip <- Click here! ps.. i have a million pictures to add but I'll be working on a new website so it will be up soon.. 100+ more pics of my trip to Colorado!
Happy Holidays and New Year!
Final Notes: 12/24 i'm leaving tomorrow to Colorado!! I know, I'm so excited too!! But I hope that everyone has a wonderful Christmas and also a safe and Happy New Year!! We should be back on the 6th so I'll start making plans with my peeps again. Take care and Happy Holidays!! * I promise to take lots of pictures and bring back some souveniers from our ski trip!! **
Here is the 411 on Colorado John's first e-mail Subject: NEW YEAR'S 2004!!! Date: Mon, 24 Nov 2003 00:06:02 EST
Holy shizl, party animals! It looks like just over a month remains until the biggest, baddest road trip in history. Time to start saving that dough to ski your ass into 2004, so no more NetFlix of Paris Hilton for a couple weeks.
Here are the digs: We're leaving Tampa on Christmas Day (sometime in the late afternoon) to pick up the RV near Philly on Friday, Dec. 26th. We start slinging gravel at first light on Saturday the 27th heading westward and we'll have driving teams so we can motor 'round the clock until we hit the Colorado snow. Monday through Friday we'll be holed up in a mountain paradise in Breckenridge partying like conservative radio talk-show hosts running drug-smuggling rings. Catch your breath. Friday we leave Rocky Mountain high to arrive back in Philly on Jan. 4th, 2004. Holla if you hear me.
So here's how you fit in. We'll be picking people up at various points along the aforementioned route, so stick your thumb out and we'll be going off the rails on the crazy train together. It's $500 all-inclusive; including the road-rules motorhome, the gas, the food, the beer, the rockstar ski lodge, and the time of your LIFE. Trust me, this trip is HOOKED UP, I'm talking Tony Montana-style. Saddle up, partner!
Flexibility is the name of the game, so we'll do our best to accommodate all your special needs. I understand that the money is a limiting factor for a lot of you so I'll be happy to set up interest-free payment plans and special exceptions for those of you with tight budgets. My priority is to get you ON THIS TRIP so talk to me about making deals. Also let me know where you'll be when we're wheeling by so we can find convenient pickup spots. Just make sure when you're deciding whether to join us or not to consider the likelihood of an opportunity like this passing your way again. Not bloody likely! Sorry, kosher meal not available on this flight.
I'm totally psyched for all of you who have decided lately to come along. What I'd like now is a preliminary list of all the people you expect to be bringing, along with their e-mails so we can start the organizational stage. Also start giving me your locations so we can plan the travel route. Remember, just one month before Operation Enduring Debauchery so be in touch!
I'll send out an update soon so check your mail hourly with bated breath. Dude, I cannot WAIT for this party. Get ready to get your groove on.
See you all soon. Ciao. Johnny T
John's 2nd e-mail Subject: Colorado, HO! Date: Mon, 15 Dec 2003 23:03:34 EST
Holy shit, rock stars--one more week! This may be among the last of the e-mails, so hopefully everyone who's in is well-informed. Here's some final info.
Those of you in Florida: Remember, we're leaving Christmas Day so be ready! The earlier, the better really but we'll see how it goes. Those of you along the way to Philly: Make sure you're ready Friday and make sure your ride is secured. Those of you in New York: Try to be in Philly by Friday night at my apartment. Let me know if you need directions or a pickup from the train station or anything like that. Those of you in Philly: Let's all crash at my place on Friday. We'll be leaving first thing Saturday morning, say 7:00. Erie: Try to get to Pittsburgh early Saturday to meet us. Let me know if this is a problem. Pittsburgh: That means we'll see you Saturday afternoon around lunch time. We'll be in touch for exact time and place. Indiana: Plan on late Saturday--early Sunday. We're taking I-70 and we'll give you a better idea of how the timing is going as we get closer. We'll be in Colorado by Monday for those of you meeting us there.
Remember, we're doing 6-hour driving teams of two so we can travel around the clock. I'll be assigning teams shortly, so make sure you notify me of special requests for partners or times you prefer to be drinking (remember, you have to be REALLY sober to drive a 36 foot RV in the snow at 70 miles an hour). Music is completely the discretion of the active driving teams, so if you want to bring your own special driving music, feel free. For the partiers there are two TV's, and we'll have two playstations with DVD players and plenty of beer, cards, beer, food and beer. Huzzah!
Call me ***-***-**** anytime with questions. Can't wait to see you all next week! Get psyched!
Sincerely, Professional cock-ring model John Tedesco
Remember to forward this to your guests!

I can't wait!! My thoughts on the trip 12/22: How can a person breathe for such an exciting event? I guess they just don't. Can someone please send me a resperator ASAP? I think I'm going to need one. I told my family that I am not going to be able to sleep on X-Mas eve. My eyes are going to be wide open. *for several reasons. I'm just psyched that we leave in three days and I feel like I haven't even finished wrapping all of my X-Mas presents. I plan on doing all that Santa's Little Helper stuff tomorrow. So okay, yesterday I went with my sister to get a beenie aka: ski hat for my trip. I like this one that i got from UM because it covers my head and also my ears. I gave my other two Abercrombie beenie's (the ones that just covers your head) to Josh. Today my sister is going to look into getting me some gloves because we all know that Colorado is going to be freezing. 'What's cooler than being cool? Ice cold.' See, even Outcast knows what's up. Fo sho. Last night we all met up at Club Bennigans to discuss our trip to Breckenridge. And also it was a good excuse to just to have a few beers. Why not right? John's brother was telling us that there are seventeen of us meeting in Penn State. Geeze! That is a hella of a lot of peeps! Which also means that this trip is going to be off the hizzle. We are also spending New Year's in Breckenridge and John has something planned out for us to do each day. Me and Natalie are just excited to have snow ball fights, snowmen building, and also snowboarding to look forward too. Everytime we talk about we start screaming. Then we look around and see people starring at us and we just laugh. John said to pack light but how do you pack light on a trip like this? Knowing me, I'll have two suit cases packed and also three carry on bags. And you think I'm kidding. He also said that the RV has DVD players, a kitchen, pretty much it's hooked up that even Paris Hilton wouldn't complain. Josh saw pictures of the RV and he said that it was PH-phat. So amen to that. I'm just glad that we leave now and not a few weeks later or else I'll just pass out of all of the excitement. So here is to Colorado and to the great friends that I'm going with to experience the best road trip and New Years of a lifetime!! Happy Holidays everyone and also I will make sure to send out post cards to you guys. and yes, I already bought like four rolls of film so there will be tons of pictures when I get back!! Later!!
12/22: Finals are over and I'm am so ready for my ski trip to Aspen Colorado. I've already started packing, which is good since I only have a week to get ready. I still need ear muffs and some snow shoes. I wonder if they sell them at International? Anyway, tons of new pictures on their way from Natalie's Birthday Party!! We had such a great time at Hyde Park Cafe. Everyone got so faded. And the limo was so pimp! stay tuned.. And you thought that all the excitement was over.. for a minute there we did take a breather from our trip to Miami, but we still have Natalie's Limo birthday party and our Aspen Ski Trip coming up. Hang onto your seatbelts because there's more coming up in December. I am so excited about :: Aspen :: mainly because Dumb and Dumber was filmed there. Also to mention that I will be hanging out with my best friends Natalie and Josh along with John and twenty of his close friends. It is going to be off the hizzle foe shizzle. And then add a 'my nizzle' on the end of that. I can't wait. Did I mention that John already paid for the trip and we will be staying at the beautiful mansion there for an entire week. An RV, and plus the ski lodge. What? Can we all say P.I.M.P. and 50 cent will back me up on that one. Also Natalie is turning 21 on December 11th and we have something so huge planned for her and she doesn't even know it. Well that is all I have for now but I will be updating you guys more on my upcoming trip to the :: Colorado Mountains ::. Life right now is so exciting that I could just burst. And I'm going to add a few pictures on here just to preview of what's coming up.. Later! :: upcoming: Kill Bill, maxim party at the florida aquarium, Miami Beach with Mila and Elena, Gianni Versace's crib on Ocean Drive, liz's Fondu party, Justin's Birthday Party, Thanksgiving Weekend, Hyde Park Cafe, Prana, Blue Martini, amphitheatre, Madiera Beach, cheaper by the dozen, gothika premier, Natalie's Surprise Party, lara's birthday , natalie's limo birthday party, Gigi's No Jean's Mixer, max's christmas party, colorado ski trip, Leo and Denise's New Years Eve Party ::

keepin' warm Breckenridge, Colorado My sister Elly is just the cutest!! She bought me these long sleeve shirts from American Eagle for my trip to Colorado. One say's Powder Keg and the other one says Colorado Stags!! I can't wait to wear them! So here's the 411 on Aspen. On the drive home from bowling last night, John was giving us more details on our trip. So apparently we are taking two huge ass RV’s out to Penn State. The original departure date was the 26th. You know, the day after Christmas. Who can leave on Christmas day right? Nobody because we all want to spend Christmas day with our families. Well John was explaining to us that we had to be at Penn State at a certain time. For us to make it on time and not be exhausted, then we’d have to leave on Christmas evening. Well that will give us only like 6 hours to spend time with our families. I already told my mom the situation and she was like, 'Well if you really have to leave on that time then we'll just have to have Christmas dinner early.' Aww.. I heart my mom. So as for more details: John is going to send me the link of the place will be staying at in Colorado. From what John told me, this mansion has four bedrooms, a huge living room, several fireplaces, and two jalousies outside the loft. Okay, can we all scream and jump on the beds now. My stomach started to get that feeling like when you’re about to go down on a roller coaster. I couldn’t handle it. This trip will be the trip of a lifetime!! When we do meet at Penn State, there will be fourteen of us meeting for this trip. Eleven guys and three girls. I have already met some of the people on the trip and they are all really nice. This one girl Heather goes to Notre Dame and she is so awesome. I can’t wait to see her again. John's brother is also going on this trip. He was telling us that we were going to be broken up into teams. One team will be in charge of driving for six whole hours. Okay, me and Natalie looked at each other and we're like, 'what else can we sign up for?' Another team is in charge for cooking meals. Sign me up for that one because I love to cook. And you guys thought that I could only cook Spam and Oodles Of Noodles. Plus Josh is going into the culinary program anyway and knows how to cook to begin with so we're set. I’ve never driven in snow for one and the last thing I'd want to do is drive into a snowman. We should get back sometime in January 6th. So yes, we will be spending New Years in Aspen!! I cannot wait. John also said that we will be going to Breckenridge for parties and clubs. I wonder what the college life is like over there? I am so excited about this trip that I think I am going to explode!! I can’t believe that in a week we are going to be there!! Ahhhh!! I am not going to be able to sleep on Christmas Eve this year. Nate flies in that night too. I'm going to make one of those poster board signs that say, 'Welcome Home' before I go to airport. I'm such a nerd but I've always wanted to do that. I'm so excited. I can't wait to build snowmen, I can't wait to make snow angels, I can't wait to sit by the fireplace with all my friends, I can't wait to ski down a small slope because we all know that I can't be going down no big slopes and breaking a knee cap or two, I can't wait to eat marshmallows and drink it down with hot cocoa, I can’t wait to see Breckenridge, I can’t wait for New Years and to see snow falling, and lastly I can’t wait to finally have a snow ball fight. Since I was four I've always dreamed of doing that. So here is to Aspen and to the fourteen people going on this trip!! New Years has never looked so great. Happy Holidays to everyone and a Merry Christmas!!
Natalie's Birthday Party Thur Dec 18, 2003 Theme: Milkshake by Kelis Roster: Natalie, Josh, Arthur, Nicole, John, Jeff, Marialle, Genevieve, Ali, Virginia, Stephanie, Gabe, and Jackie coming soon..
:: pictures coming soon for both events :: only two more weeks!! Sun Dec 14, 2003 Theme: Stacy's Mom by Fountains Of Wayne So I wake up this morning to find my feet exposed and everything else under the blankets. I try to reach over, being as lazy as possible, to reach over and try to pull the rest of the blanket over me. By this time, I had made too much noise and my Jack Russell 'Chilli' comes up to me and starts licking my face. He always does that! He will sit there and wait by my side all moring long until he knows that I am fully awake, then he starts pouncing and licking my face. So at this moment, I'm still half awake half asleep and I think I was still waking up from a good dream, and then all of the sudden I hear a beeping noise on the side of my bed. I'm wondering, what did I do last again? Oh yeah, The Hulk. Well I look over at my pager and it says 4 missed messages. Dammit. One was from my baby. I kept saying the night before, 'wake me up in the morning so that I can call you back while your phone charges.' I'm like, 'Awww, there goes my damn wake-up call and I missed it by thirty minutes.' The other two pages were from Natalie and Josh, and I totally forgot that they were going over to John's I think to hang out over night since his parents were going out of town. I don't exactly remember. I was just glad that school was over and that I got most of my exam grades back. Five A's and a CIP in Astronomy. Our professor hasn't given out our grades yet I'm guessing. I had breakfast: Pizza and Jenesi's fruit punch! I love those little things. They are actually better than Capri Suns. Later I call Lara at her house and she's like, 'Me and LaFe and putting up the x-mas tree, come over.' I'm like, 'Okay, cool, it will be fun.' I go over there right and not even thirty minutes of setting up the tree, I fall asleep on her couch. When I wake up, more than half the tree is already decorated. I'm like, 'oops, sorry Lara, I guess I was really tired.' Bumb. Ha. Then tonight I went and finished making my christmas list and hopefully I will get my new Kodak Camera. It's so cute and little and plus I really dig the whole mini printer thing. I can't wait to start using it! Well I am off to make my round of phone calls. I'm sure all my friends are missing me right because I have 8 un-heard new messages. I miss you guys too! Only two more weeks till Christmas Eve!! I am so excited!! Can't wait to see my baby. Can't wait for Christmas! Can't wait for New Years!! Also can't wait for Breckenridge Colorado!! Ski Trip here we come!!

Natalie's Surprise Party

Fri Dec 12, 2003 Theme: Suga Suga by Bay Bash Me and Jenevieve spent like four hours at the mall yesterday trying to find Natalie a gift. By the third hour, we were both starving and was saying, 'I really hope that there's food-food at Natalie's Surprise Party. We were some hungry Somalians. On the way out we even grabbed some free samples from those oriental people at the food court. so shout-outs to free samples. That gave us at least thirty minutes lee-way time from the mall to Natalie's house. We found Natalie this really cute bag that she can wear for our trip to Aspen. It's this wool bag that's reversable from light cream to baby blue. Yes, it is very pimp. Natalie and Josh had spent like a ton of money on clothes the other day for the trip so I thought that the bag would go good with it. And since it was Natalie's 21st Birthday, inside the bag was some Crown Royal. Hell yeah. You know how we do. I made Natalie this cute album of her, Josh, and all of her friends. The album was from Urban Outfitters and I think there is a picture of it on the Urban Outfitters website if you guys want to check it out. It's very vintage south eastern. When we finally arrived at Natalie's house, I'm like, 'I better park far away because she'll recognize my car.' So I parked at the neighbors down the street. When me and Jenevieve went into Natalie's house we saw some chips on the counter and we were like, 'Food!' Natalie's mom is so cute. She got us food from LeRoy Selmons and also two bottles of Korbel champaine. Almost everyone gifts were either liquor, or alcohol related stuff. I was like, 'Hide some of the liquor from Natalie's dad cuz I don't want him to think that we're a bunch of alcoholics.' So we put it in Natalie's room. Okay so here was the plan. Me and Rosanne had organized the whole Suprise Party for three weeks now. Josh was to take Natalie out of the house for a few hours while everyone arrives and sets up. Well guess what? Ha, the surprise party was on us. So we're all chatting waiting for them to get home when all of the sudden Jenevieve is like, 'I think I hear a car pulling up the driveway.' Then I go, 'Oh! That must be Marialle.' So me and Jenevieve peek out the window and it's Natalie and Josh! We both start screaming and run behind the couch. But of course by this time it was already too late and she had already seen us. So when they open the door, everyone yells, 'Surprise!' and she's like, 'OMG!' She really had no idea! It was so hilarious! A ton of Natalie's friends were there that she hadn't even spoken to in years. It was like a scene from This Is Your life.. it was so funny. John came over and so did Natalie's friends from Tampa Cathloic and Rio Bravo's. And we took a ton of great pictures too. Natalie was so surprised!! Even though we ruined it by having all the lights on. Josh was laughing cuz he was like, 'Great surprise Arthur.' I'm like, 'What? I tried.' John couldn't stay long because he had to do some modeling for Men's Health Magazine this weekend but he did play a few tunes for us on the piano. John is Motzart re-incarnated. He is like one of those children in The Matrix that bends spoons and shit. So he played some Christmas songs and everyone sat around sippin on some Korbel and just having a great time. Then once John was done, we called an encore for Natalie to play something on the piano. See, back in the day, Natalie used to play the piano so we wanted to hear a sample of it. She was so shy and so cute and ended up playing a song for us. She did so good!! Everyone was like, 'Natalie!! You are the next American Idol!!' Ha. After the toast everyone was pretty much chill. Jenevieve had to leave for work and put us all on the Vip list at Prana but we were so tired and just wanted to chill out for the night. We're really saving ourselves for Tuesday night for Natalie's Limo party so that will be exciting. A few more friends of Natalie's showed up and of course I knew them. I knew almost all of Natalie's friends. How bad is that? No one can ever introduce me to anyone because 99.9 percent of the time I have either met them before or they know me from somewhere. We had a blast playing Uno which we never finished because that game lasts for a million years when you have like 9 players so we gave up and just told stories the rest of the night. Aww.. also it's so awesome that I introduced Natalie and Josh because next week is their one year annaversary and they are so happy together. I cannot ask for anything more. These are my best friends and just not regular best friends but the kind you keep for the rest of your life. Natalie had such a great time!! Her surprise party was off the cheesey. you better believe me! Natalie is finally twenty-one and access granted for all the clubs and alcohol purchases to come! Happy Birthday Natalie! You finally twenty-one!! Happy Birthday!! Lara's Birthday Party Fri Dec 12, 2003 Theme: I'm So Into You by SWV Lara and I just got back from eating at Itchiban's. That place has The Best sushi in the world! I heart that place because I like sitting in that little area where you sit on tiny little oriental pillows and have people take off their shoes before they serve us. We had so much sushi that I can consider my stomach as Japanese. Tonight, me and Mareena are taking Lara out for the night of her life and let's all cross our fingers that she doesn't get too drunk like the last time we went out with her. Happy Birthday Lara! I love you so much!! :: night :: Mareena and Scott came to pick us up to take us out to the club. I was so excited to go out maily because it has been so long since me, Mareena, and Lara all hung out. Scott had got us shots of tequila to take before going into the club and by the first one that I took, I was already feeling a little tipsy. I had nothing to eat in three hours prior so I think that explains the buzzing. After the second shot I was feeling kinda tipsy and was laughing at everything. I kept asking Lara, 'let's dance, let's dance.' I probably looked like one of those guys from Night at The Roxbury's. It was hilarious. By 2:30am I was already delirious and all I can remember was saying bye to Scott and Mareena and not knowing exactly why and then waking up again in Lara's bed with my arm falling asleep behind me. It must have been one hell of a night because it took me a whole day to recover. I need water. Must have water. Alright, I better go and get a glass of h2o/ Later folks!
Happy Birthday Natalie!! We love you!!

The Simple Life Wed Dec 10, 2003 Theme: Why Don't We Fall In Love by Amerie I am so excited about the holidays that I am about to burst if it doesn't get here any sooner! Tomorrow night is my best friend Natalie's surprise party and she has no idea. We've hid it from her all this time and poor thing has no clue. I think she is going to flip. Josh is taking her out to dinner that night while we set up to surprise her. Aww.. my babys going to be twenty-one. Wow. That is the perfect age to use the perfect excuse to get drunk. And now she will be doing it legally. So, my other baby is coming down in two weeks! It has been too long that we've been apart. I wish there are more colleges here in Tampa so that we could be together. But the anticipation is killing me. This morning we talked for like two hours and I kept saying, 'I really have to go and buy some stuff for my mom at Lowes.' :: My mom and my brother are both fixing the garage. :: I will leave that to them because I am building-impaired. It was so hard trying to get off the telephone when I finally gave in and said, 'if we get off the phone when I count to three, I promise I will make it worth your time when you get back.' One, two, three, and we were both still on the phone! I'm like, 'Ha, comon.. we agreed on three.' What a nerd! But I love it! It still gives me butterflies in my stomach. Baby I miss you!! I can't wait for the Holidays! Well last night we watched two scary movies at Natalies. Josh kept saying, 'not even 45 minutes and your going to fall asleep on us.' He'll look at me and go, 'Arthur?.. Arthur?' and all you hear is, 'Zzzz..' Ha! That is soo funny! Am I really that bad? I can't help it! I'm sorry. My eyes just physically shut after 11:30. The past week of finals got me drained. And its time for me to re-energize like Duracell. By the time the second horror DVD was put in, I was out. I woke up and trying to be all slick, and I'm like, 'Man, that was such a good movie!' Then Natalie would be like, 'Oh yeah?' and start asking me questions to make sure that I was awake. Ha! It was so funny!! I went home, took a quick shower and went to bed. Oh yeah! Also earlier that evening I got a chance to see Paris Hilton's new show called The Simple Life! :: Simple Life :: How many of you guys seen last nights episode? For those of you raising your hands, well wasn't it so crazy? It was just too darn funny. Now you'd think that Paris and Nicole would survive a few weeks on a farm, but now watching last nights episode, I'm starting to get second thoughts. I mean, they stayed up one night battling it out with a cockroach. Now God forbid one of those creatures crawls up into my room. They spent three hours and an adventure trying to kill it with a fly swater. Give me three minutes with the little beast and the deed will be done. The two girls are so hilarious! I still cannot get over them changing the Sonics sign too: 1/2 Price Anal Salty Weiner Burgers! That is just pure comedy! Damn, look at the time.. I still have to finish calling up the people of the guest list, finish writing out Natalie's Birthday card, and call John to tell him where we are meeting at. I even spoke to Jenevieve on her cell phone about Tuesday's plans and as I'm talking to her, she is getting pulled over by a police officer! No worry though, she got out of it. Busted tail light and she is going to get it fixed this week. Well folks, I have to get back to urban civilization and I'll see you guys this weekend! Later! :: 12-11 :: How cool is that? Both of my best friends share the same birthday. I think it all just falls under the stars. Some people are just pimp like that. Well I'm excited to go to the mall today with Jenevieve to help find Natalie's birthday gift. Jenevieve's last minute shopping is what I would like to call it. Poor Natalie has no clue about tonight's Surprise Party. I made sure that she doesn't check my site so that her party will still remain as a surprise. I can't wait for tonight! And speaking of nights, last night, me, Natalie, and Josh all went bowling! I have to say that last nights game was the ultimate game night excursion. Ha. Whatever that means. It was the turning point of Natalie's twenty-ige. I took one good look at her and said, 'I want to take a good look at you!' She was laughing and was like 'why?' Then I said, 'because this is the last time I'm going to see you as twenty!' We both started laughing. We're such nerds. Well as for bowling. OMG!! Lordy lordy.. You will never guess what I scored last night! I got a hundred and thrity five!! Let me say this again in numerical form: I got a 135!! Now in Arthur's history of bowling, I have never even gotten a hundred. I think my highest score prior was like an 85 or something like that. I was so blown. Josh and Natalie couldn't believe it too!! My first two bowls were strikes. I was like, what in the hell? Who put the acid in my Spam? I was flipping out as you can imagine! Josh was like, 'What in the hell? You are on a roll.' 'All Day!'.. that what we say when we nail a shot. Also Natalie got a perfect hundred in the second game. I considered us pre-pro-bowlers by that time. We were tearin' it up. We played like 50 games last night, holy crap. It was so much fun. I would have went back to celebrate our victory and Natalie's transformation from being twenty to twenty-one but I had to study for my final History exam. But all will be repented tonight when we all surprise her at her house! What a night! Well I gotta call Lara and Natalie right now to wish them a Happy Birthday! So I will see you guys hopefully this weekend. and again:
Happy Birthday to Lara and Natalie!! I love you guys!! Happy Birthday!!
semester one: Done like Nextel Mon Dec 08, 2003 Theme: Hey Ya by Outcast So okay, exams are finally over! I am so ready to take on the Holidays. Bring it on! I still have a few sweaters and jackets to purchase for my trip to Aspen. 'Now what's cooler than being cool?' 'Ice cold.' Exactly. Ice cold is what we will be experiencing in Colorado this month. I'm actually on a hunt for this shirt Aspen T-shirt at Urban Outfitters. It's only twenty bucks but I feel like I have been buying so much ish for myself and not on X-Mas gifts. Dammit. That was not the original plan. Yesterday, me and my sister Elly went to hit up Pier One Imports to find absolutely nothing. They did have a few cool things inside but nothing worth using your ATM on. Our next stop I got this bad ass Burberry patterned fleece blanket which I actually used today on the drive to class. It kept my feet and lower torso warm. My AC takes like 5 minutes to warm up for the heater to actually work so this is why I brought out the blanket. Then after all that shopping we watched 28 Days Later on DVD and I finally got to see the different endings. Not to self: it is not worth seeing again. Your better of renting a PG-13 movie and calling it a night. I actually have a funny story to tell you guys about this devil lady at Burger King. My sister Elly does not like that term but how hard is it to work drive thru at BK? So here is what happened. On the way back to see 28 Days Later, we were starving and stopped by a Burger King. Sounds simple? Far from it. We asked the lady, 'excuse me.. hi, can we order 3 meals :: bla bla bla :: and a Cat In The Hat Christmas ornament?' We pull up to the drive thru window and she hand us our food. My sister is waiting for her change and the stupid lady shuts her window like she is done with her transaction. Ummm hello? Where is our change? So finally after realizing that our car was still there, she comes back and says, 'Can I help you?' Yeah, you forgot our change. She doesn't appologize by the way, but we take our money and leave. Not even a mile away, my sister looks into her bag and goes, 'that stupid girl forgot to put in my ornament!' We had to make a U-turn and drive back to Burger King. For one, I don't like Burger King to begin with because I think McDonalds is so much better, and two, for some reason the people that work there 'Aren't Lovin' it'. So round two, we pull back up to the side window. She acts like she doesn't see us but my sister was ready to tell her off. Finally she opens her window again and she is like, 'Can I help you?' My sister goes, 'Yeah you forgot to give us our ornament.' Again, the stupid girl does not appologize. Now see, I do not get angry at stupid situations like this but at least be polite and appologize for not doing your job. I mean isn't Burger Kings slogan: 'Have it You way?' Apparently she was having it her way and then she handed us our ornament. We drive back to the house and then realize that the lady gave us the wrong ornament. We asked for Cat In The Hat. Thus to the point of my story: If you cannot handle a simple job at Burger King then I'm afraid that you should claim un-employment because if you cannot do what your supposed to do at BK, then I fear for your survival in the business world. That was one crazy ass Drive Thur experience. :: Mila and Elena :: I'm trying to eat and type at the same time so bare with me. Okay, Well I totally forgot that I had saved this old entry of the night I went to Hyde Park Cafe with Mila and Elena. I couldn't log onto my Xanga that day for some reason so I saved my entry on Microsoft Word and then thought to myself, 'I will just add this on later'. Well guess what? I forgot! Of course I forgot because that was the weekend where I was doing five million things at once and plus that on-going hangover I was dealing with. What is up with that? But I found it finally so now I'm going to add it on here so here you go: I am so tired!! But I'm gradually waking up for today's Thanksgiving festivities. Oh yeah and by the way, Happy Thanksgiving!! I just left Elena's house and I barely drove myself here to my sisters. I think I only got like what? Four hours sleep last night? After Hyde Park Café, we went back to Jimmy's and watched Finding Nemo on DVD. Of course my ass passed out not even thirty minutes into the movie but it's all good in the hood. Understood? So, what happened last night? Let me try to gather up all my thoughts first and try to remember. Some things are still a bit blurry. I do know that I had a lot to drink and I finally tried Lemon Drops, thanks to my buddy Elly from Texas. When I first heard about the drink I have always wanted to try it. That bartender added way to much liquor but I wasn't complaining. I also remember talking to this kid about Miami and how I should go there and check out the clubs. How much did I have to drink last night? OMG, Mila and Elena looked hott. Like the kinda hot where your driving down the street and you see a really hot ass girl and you get into a car accident type of hot. Okay, what was up with the group last night though? For real. It was like all the people that went to Hyde Park on Tuesday invited their parents to come out on Wednesday. It was so funny. I didn’t even know the people at the Vip lounge. They were some really old people, and by old I mean these cats were over 40. Yeah. Can we all say, 'collecting social security?' Ha. In the end we did run into some really interesting people. These two guys kept saying, 'after party down the street.' Okay, for one, you had just ruined the invitation by asking us to head over to some after party down the street because 'down the street' is Armania and Platt, so no thanks. We know what Armania and Platt's like. And two, it was getting late and my feet were killing me. I need to get new shoes. Then Justin, my buddy who works at the door is saying goodbye and I told him, 'better say by to my friend Mila' so he reaches over to say goodbye by kissing her on the cheek but end up kissing her on the lips! I could hear people saying, 'oooohhh.' like how they would in those old TV sitcoms.. it was so pimp. Pimp for Mila and not Justin because Mila is from out of town and she is spittin game. All the guys there wanted her. Oh yeah, and about this Speedy Gonzalez guy. He was so hilarious. He was trying to hit on Mila too! When he walked up all we heard was a voice but didn't see nobody. We look down and we see this little guy trying to introduce himself. It was so funny. He was so little. I think he didn't ever go through puberty yet. also pictures are finally here.. Check em out! my favorite dog in the entire universe!
:: this is Ming! also featured in the entry below.. :: sexy alligators Sat Dec 06, 2003 Theme: Toxic by Britney Spears Read the rest of this entry and I promise that the title will come to make sense. Here's the four-one-one. I got so faded last night. So faded that it was illegal. Geeze. I'm surprised that I even I woke up at the time that I did this morning. So here is what happened last night at The Hyde Park Café. I call up Natalie Friday night but her phone rings like four times so I hang up. I walk away to head off to the kitchen. Then not even two minutes later, my phone rings and it's her. She's like, 'hey Arthur, what's up?' :: all half asleep :: aww, she is a cutie pie. She tells me, 'I was just on the other line with Josh and I tried to click over.' Then she asks me, 'Do you want to come with me to visit Josh at work?' So I’m like, ‘Yeah sure, let me get dressed.' So she came to pick me up and we headed off to Dade City to visit Josh at his restaurant. I brought my sweater because it was freezing last night. Natalie looked so awesome! She had just got her hair cut and also colored for her birthday this week and she looked phenomenal. She always looks phenomenal but now she looks like on of the Victoria Secret models. I told her, 'damn, they really did a great job on your hair.' So the whole ride there we were talking about Tony and Guy and how they are like the juggernauts of the hair industry and that everyone should go there to get their hair cut or colored. We walk up to Josh’s work and I see someone hiding in the side of one of the plants, and I look at Natalie and I'm like, 'somebody is hiding in those bushes.' Then Josh jumps out and we start laughing hysterically. He tells us, 'I still have a few more minutes, you guys should come in and wait.' So we sat down at one of his tables and looked around at all the cool scenery designs. Natalie and I have been here before to eat their infamous lobster bisque. This was actually my second time coming there and what's so interesting about this restaurant is that it is decorated with stuffed animals. And no, not like those cute stuffed animals that you can buy at Hallmark or win at the state fair, but real live animals, well their dead now, but things like a huge moose head, a goat, birds, turtles, boars, yaks, deer, you name it, they had it hanging up on their wall. They even had the animals decorated with Christmas bows! It was so funny. I wish I would’ve had my camera with me so I could show you guys how cool this restaurant was. Then Josh is like, 'oh by the way, we’re going to Hyde Park Café tonight. John rented out the vip lounge and invited us all to come out.' First thing pops into my head, 'damn, I need to go back home to get shoes.' I am such an Asian always wearing my sandals wherever I go. So we had to stop by my house later that night to get them. But before that, Josh needed to change out of his tuxedo shirt at his house in Lake Jovita. I finally got to see Ming and their new turtles!! I love Ming! Ming is Josh’s dog. This is the most cutest most lovable dog you will ever meet. If you’ve seen the movie As Good As It Gets, well it the same exact dog but cuter. I was so excited when Josh opened up his garage because I could hear Ming running around but I could not see him. Me and Natalie were still inside the car. So when I opened it, there comes me, as cute as can be and runs up to me and licks my face. I love that dog. We came in and hung out with Josh's parents for a while and they already started decorating the house. It looked so awesome! I can't wait to get started on my own Christmas decorations. Pandora and Drummen asked Natalie if she would come over Sunday to help set up the tree. I bet that is going to be so much fun. John had called Josh while he was getting ready and John told us to hurry over to Hyde Park Cafe. John added us to the guest list already so all we had to do was just bring our ID's and show it to the bouncer. How easy was that? Very. We stopped by my house too to get my shoes and pants then we were off to Platt street. :: Hyde Park Cafe :: The front lines were so long. Thank goodness that we were on the Vip list. Up in front we went and me and Natalie tell the guy, 'we're here for John's party and here are our ID's'. The guy checks our ID's and says, 'First lounge on the left.' Hyde Park Cafe was so packed! We didn't even attempt to check out the other areas and just stayed at the Vip lounge the rest of the night. This is where it got exciting. We see John and his friend from Nortre Damme and already I am impressed because anyone that comes from that college is really smart. John tells us, 'everything is already paid for, now all we have to do is order up to 300 dollars worth of food and drinks.' So in translation: 'Order whatever we want!' Oh Lord almighty my prayers have finally been answered! Halleluah! I can see the angels flying over my head. Natalie and I looked and each other and started freaking out. I have always dreamed of going to a club or bar or whatever and just ordering anything and everything off of the top shelf menu, and here we were with this awesome opportunity. John is such a pimp! I look at the drink menu and I'm like, 'OMG, I want to drink everything!' My eyes are dialated at this moment and my heart is beating like fifty million times per second. So Josh orders first and he tells Harmony :: our cute waitress whome served us several times before :: and orders three shots of Yegamister. Whoah there cowboy, I haven't had anything to eat all day. So to make things safe we also ordered a pizza to help slow down the consumption process. Okay, here it goes, 'three.. two.. one..' and the shot went right down my throat. Damn that ish burned. I almost forgot how strong that shot was. I followed up with a Long Island Iced Tea. I think I had about three of those that night. I lost count I think a Long Island number two. Dammit. So then John goes, 'no no, try this one.' He handed us these champaine glasses that had this pretty color in it and says, 'here, drink this.' I'm like, 'what is it?' It's a Sexy Alligator. Mmmm.. now that drink was off the chain. By that time, everything just seemed so funny to me and I was laughing at everything. I think I might have even accidentally laughed at this one girl's joke and I didn't even know who she was but she kept talking to me. I wonder what we were talking about? Josh was faded too. I can tell because his eyes were starting to get red. It was such a great night! no substitutes, just me Thur Dec 04, 2003 Theme: Change Clothes by Jay-Z and Pharrell Williams :: PHOTO: Arthur, Natalie, Josh, John, and Chris at Club Bennigans with Surfer On Acid shots. Cheers! That's just five out of twenty people going to Aspen, Colorado for our ski trip this late December. Wish you were here! :: Turn up your volumes!! I just added a new song to my site and I can't get the song outta my head. It's just so tight! Anyway, I'm going to International this weekend to get some more winter stuff for my trip to :: Aspen ::. Am I crazy for shopping this early for myself when I do have like three birthday parties to go to next week? I am waiting to get my scholarship check and I do not want to blow it all off on clothes so I'm going to set myself a budget. Yeah right. Budget? Like that'll ever happen. But there can be miracles. Right? Plus I don't think that I need to be buying anymore clothes because just last week I was 'cleaning out my closet' like Eminem, and I had way too many pants, shirts, jackets, you name it, I have it in my closet. I gave a few shirts to Josh and the rest I piled up in Abercombie bags. I was going to send them off to the Salvation Army, but then I thought to myself, shit, I can go to Plato's Closet and make some money off this biatch. So I did. If you guys want really awesome, some rarely even used, name brand clothes, I just dropped off like three bags to Plato's Closet. I think I can rest now and also just did :: Feng-Shui :: a huge favor by getting rid of all my excess stuff that was in my closet. I'm just glad that I don't have to attend any Yoga classes. I am meeting with my sister Consuelo today to head off to Target. Now ya'll don't even try to front because ya'll know that Target is the ish. And don't even try to hide that card because I know that 99.9 percent of the population has a :: Target Card ::. How else do you explain these damn monthly payments? So, next week is my last week of school and I already got back two of my grades out of six. A and A. I think this semester I'm going to pull 5 A's and a C in Astronomy. I'm struggling for real. But whatever. Passing is passing and it's not like I don't have a great GPA to begin with. I am just trying to make sure that I have full access to all the major universities. I am actually meeting with the Advertising councelors next week to find out what colleges I should go to. Oh yeah, also last night was so much fun! Me, Natalie, and Josh all went out bowling and we had the best time ever!! We always have the best time ever. I had to beat my score for last weeks game and guess what? I did. I'm no bowling league expert but I did wear Adam's jacket last night and people probably thought that I bowled 300's. Nope. More like 95. That is a high for me so I'm happy with that score. Natalie got two strikes in a row in the very end giving her like a zillion more points. How does she get so lucky? I love that girl. and Josh, we don't even need to speak about him because he scored a 187. Yeah. That kid is just undefeatable. I still haven't found a game that he is not good at. He beat us in basketball yesterday, and golf a month ago, and um let's see what else?.. oh yeah, everything. Ha. It's all good in the hood though. Afterwards we went back to Natalie's and watched some :: Jean Claude Van Damme :: movie which I did not understand at all. It was called 'In Hell' or something. The only thing correct about this title is that it tells you where the video came from. All I know is that I did not get the movie at all. I think at that age, Jean Claude Van Damme needs to retire. Josh and Natalie kept looking at my eyes to see if I was falling asleep. It was so funny. I'm sorry, but I was so tired. I ate that piece of pizza from :: DiGiorno's :: hoping that it would keep me awake but nothing, not even the high pope himself could keep my eyes open last night. I was just too tired. After the movie, I look at them and go, 'I have no idea what that movie was about?' And they kept saying, 'you fell asleep through most of it.' :: which I didn't by the way :: but I guess if I wouldn't have spent most of the time counting sheep maybe I would have understood the movie more. Still, I suggest no one rents it because for one it looks like it was filmed in another country and for two, Jean Claude Van Damme is country. Don't go see it. Not even if it's the last video tape on Earth and your best friend feels like watching a movie, not even if you have to do a video report on bad movies. Just don't do it. This isn't Nike. Well I'm about to head off to my next class. Wish me luck on my exams!! :: All I Want for X-Mas :: Okay, so I'm watching television (i know right, like I have time to be sitting down and watching tv) but I was watching the OC and then this commercial comes on. At first I was like, 'yeah yeah.. hurry up with the advertisements' but then this one was the Canon commercial. I was so amazed at this little camera that also comes with it's own little printer. It was so cute! I sat there and thought to myself, 'I gotta have it!' It is the Canon CP-200 Card Photo Printer by Canon. And it's only 179.99 so I'm going to add it to my 'Gotta Have' List. It has tons of little different features too! • Compact, ultra-light portable printer • Prints 4x6" photos with or without computer • 256-color, 300-dpi prints with overcoating • Photos and labels with or without borders • PictBridge, Mac and PC compatible.. umm yeah. Canon is my new compatible and portable best friend for the holidays. Maybe I can even use it when I go to Aspen! Anyway, I have a long list of Must Have's and when I have more time I'll add my list to my site. Later!
I'm Going To Miami!! Sat Nov 28, 2003 Yup! I am pretty psyched myself too! But we're all leaving today to hit up the Miami streets, shops, restaurants, and nightlife! We will be staying at the Marriott Hotel on South Beach then will be back tomorrow evening! Last night was fun at Amphi. Me and Mila tore up the dancefloors at Amphitheatre. DJ Santana performed and yes we also got his CD! I'm still trying to recover from those Long Islands and the only think long about those damn drinks are the hangovers. Dammit. Well I better start packing! Miami, here we come! See you guys later! :: M :: I have so many pictures to add on here, you have no idea. Thanksgiving weekend was so awesome and the best part is, is that it's just the beginning! It's not even over yet. Three more days to go! So I hope that everyone has a great and wonderful Turkey Day!! Get your eat on and I will see you guys on Monday. Okay, maybe Tuesday, depending on the hangover situation. Weekend in Miami! It doesn't get any hotter than this! Sat Nov 29, 2003 Theme: Satisfaction by Benny Benassi South Beach, Miami Before I even begin to talk about my weekend to South Beach Miami, let’s all get to know the word paradise a little better. Get to know the word and get a little bit more comfortable with it because that is what Miami had to off all of us. Let's all say this together now: Pa-ra-dise. See, it wasn’t that hard. Now here is the 411 on my intense weekend getaway on South Beach Miami! My best friend Elena, her identical and beautiful twin sister Mila, and Jimmy all headed out to South Beach Miami this weekend at stayed at The Marriott Hotel. Click here to see pictures of our Hotel :: The Marriott on South Beach :: Gorgeous luxury hotel by the way and our suite was on the 24th floor looking right over the city. So Pimp! Right when we arrived there we all started screaming and running towards all the cool as paintings and attractions they had in the main guest room. Taking lots of pictures like Japanese civilians. It was so funny. We dropped off all our luggage and said goodbye to the Valet guy then headed up to our rooms. The elevators moved so fast that I had to keep popping my ears because of all the pressure. I felt like I was on an airplane or something. All I could think about was getting out of my jeans and t-shirt and laying down on my bed. I was so glad to rest my feet and get ready for our night at Club Space. Club Space is this bad ass techno-hip hop club in Downtown Miami! You think you know, but you have no idea! Click here for the site: :: club space :: We asked everyone in town of what was hot and they all directed us there. Past residents of Club Space have been Paul Oakenfield, Moby, Eve, Missy Elliott, Paul Van Dyk, John Digweed, and several other celebrities. I was so excited to go. Me and Mila could not contain ourselves. As we're getting dressed to go out, I was having tie problems. Growing up, most of my ties were already folded properly so that I didn't have to tie it myself. So by having the luxury of not having to tie a tie, now at the age of twenty-three, I was having tie issues. So then I told Jimmy, 'here, I have no idea how to do this! Please do something with it!' So of course it only takes him like what, two seconds.. while for me, I was fighting with that tie for like thirty minutes. I think I need to take an etiquette class for real. I do all these nice and classy things but do not know how to do them properly. Might as well put me on the cast of The Simple Life. I would not last a day. Mila and Elena looked so hott. I mean sexy classy hott. Mila had on this black Dolce and Gabanna shirt that had the front revealing her cleavage and in the center, this tiny silver bar holding the shirt together. It was backless too so it was hotter than hott. Now what's cooler than being cool? Comon' now. Now I know ya'll have heard Outcast's new song Hey Ya to help you answer that question. Now what's cooler than being cool? Answer: Ice Cold. Elena looked so dangerously sexy in her black silk dress and black high heel shoes. Me? I wore my Express Men dress shirt and my black Express Men pants. It looked very Miami and that is why I wore it. I had to fit that Miami Vice pimp look. Trust me, it was PIMP! So we're driving down South Beach looking at all the cool shops and nightlife events and the people there were all dressed up. I do not think Tampa is even ready for what Miami has to offer. It was just too much paparazi ish. So we pull up to this club and the lines were long as hell. I'm thinking, 'I do not want to wait forty minutes to get into this.' Luckily for us, we got in right away. When your with girls that look this hot, getting into Miami clubs is as easy as getting hold of a Paris Hilton video. The cover charge there was twenty-dollars. Can you believe that ish? The drinks there better be made of gold. Damn. This was an expensive ass club. There better be celebrities inside. Right as I walk into the dancefloor I could see why the cover charge was so high. It was filled with thousands and thousands of beautiful people. Me and Mila looked at each other and go, 'mmm.. yummy.' She grabbed my arm and took me into the center of the croud. We tore up that dancefloor. I told Mila, 'Let's show Miami how we do this!' And people around us were going crazy. The DJ there was off the chain. The music was bad ass. One song that got me 'rowdy rowdy' was this song by Benny Benassi. Click on this link for a sample of their music: turn up your volumes for this :: Satisfaction :: The people and scenery at this club was off the chain. The movie Blade had nothing on this club scene. The ceiling came down from above and it felt like you were in outer space, hence the name of the club: Space. It was so tight. Then across the bay of people you can see these hugh high beam lights that would go off every ten seconds. You just had to be there to understand. It was incredible. We had such a great time! Well I have a lot more to tell you guys about my trip but for now, I've got a lot of homework to do so I'll keep you posted this week. Check back for pictures and updates. :: Part Two :: So after all that clubbing we all drove back to our hotel room. It was already too late for room service so we ordered some pizza. The pizza delivery guy does not speak a word of English but on the pamphlet it said, 'Yo Hablo Ingles.' or whatever but doesn't that mean that they speak English? Anyway, Elena kept telling them, 'We are staying at The Marriott.' And the guy would ask her, 'At the Mario?' What? No! The Marriott. We are staying at The Marriott Hotel! With five minutes of arguing with Mr. Gonzales we called up another pizza place that the hotel suggested and our pizza arrived 45 minutes later. We tore that pizza up! MMmm.. Then we went to bed. Long ass night! :: Ocean Drive :: The next day we all headed out to South Beach where we could checkout all the cool shops on Ocean Drive. Guess who's crib we saw? Gianni Versace's! And yes it was huge! I could not believe all the detail that was put into this place. It was so awesome just stading right in front of it. We tried peering into the corners of the fence but there were too many trees to even see anything. I was really looking for Donatella Versace but I'm sure she is out galavanting through Europe. So, we took a few pictures and stopped by the Starbucks there. There Starbucks in Miami is bad ass! In the back of the damn Starbucks has a stairwell that leads to another hotel. How pimp is that to wake up every morning and walk down to a Starbucks. Literally. If my sister Consuelo was there she would just die. She loves Starbucks. So then we were being followed by these French people who were old and French looking and we tried to ditch them at The Beach. Some guy was mumbling to himself as we're walking by and I think he was a bumb incognito. What I learned from my experience to Miami is that the bumbs are mixed right in with all the rich people. It's like seeing a guy in Dolce and Gabana walking next to a guy in Faded Glory. It was off the chain. The beach was so gorgeous. Me and Elena tried taking this one picture by the water, thinking it was safe when all of the sudden this huge wave comes from behind us and got the back of my pants wet. It was so hilarious. We could not stop laughing. We got a picture of that too so I can't wait to post that one up. We still had five ours of driving time ahead of us so we stopped by a Wendy's and got some food for the trip back. Me and Mila slept most of the way back. We were tired. We spent the past five days partying every night and getting like 6 hours sleep a day. Me and Mila slept like babies. I felt like a little cub sleeping through the wintertime. It was that comfortable in Jimmy's car. I definately need to invest in leather interior. For real. Anyway, We had such a great time in Miami. Club Space was definately one of the best club I have even been to. Now I say that I know exactly what Will Smith is talking about in his rap songs. :: Miami :: More Coming Soon.. Thanksgiving Weekend! Wed Nov 26, 2003 Theme: Top Of The World by Dudearella featuring Shelley Nelson So last night I hung out with the elite. The creme de la creme. I mean literally these guys write checks like you don't even know. I thought P-Diddy kept it real. Right when we arrived at The Hyde Park Cafe I saw John and he told us that they had rented out the Vip Lounge. Now this lounge isn't for everybody. Hyde Park Cafe has Vip, but the Vip we were in the Vip-VIP lounge where only the ballers with the big bank accounts can get into. It was wild. Of course I was only there by invite. One day after my career sets off hopefully I will be writing out my own checks. Everyone's got to make a living. Just ask J-Lo. Anyway, I had no idea that John knew Kalifa and Mika. Kalifa and Mika are these two guys who I have hung out with in the past seperately and also had Hype Park Cafe experiences with but I didn't know that they were all going to be there! This guy comes up to me and goes 'Hey Arthur, What's up?' I look up and it's Buster! I'm like, 'You know John? How do you know John?' Apparently they all know each other through private schools or whatever. Anyway, I was with my best friend Elena and her twin sister Mila from out of town, and Elena's fiance Jimmy. So it was quite the crowd. I think I will let the pictures speak for themselves when I get them developed. When I saw Mika, he was like, 'So Arthur, what do you want to drink?' I'm looking over the table and I see several bottles of wine and I'm like, 'I'm okay for now, I'm good with my Long Island Iced Tea.' But in my head I wanted to just sit over there and drink away like I used to back in The HoneyComb Hideout days with Sherry, Andrea, and Amanda, but I was flying solo tonight so I kept myself reserved. But then after like a few minutes I realized, 'Well someone has to hold up the fort?' Well you know in those old TV shows like Charles In Charge or even Full House where they are all talking about something and then all of the sudden they have a flashback? Well here is last years 'event re-cap' on what happened the night out with Kalifa :: Flashback :: Kodak Moments Of The Rich and Semi-Famous Wow. Last night was like something out of a Cruel Intentions/ Ferris Buller's Day Off movie. There was a rising action, a climax, a falling action, and a few run in's with the bottles of Moet. For real. It started off as planned to hit up The Hyde Park Cafe for Mika's Birthday. Amanda told us that he rented out the whole entire left area of the VIP room an HPC. So once someone mentioned VIP and Champagne together in one sentence, our HoneyComb Hideout crew was there! I haven't seen my friend April in so long and she came back to Tampa a few days ago to come see me. I love April and I couldn't wait to see her. So I get ready at Sherry and Andrea's and we pre drink off of Chad and his boy's beers. I had no idea what was in store for us that night but all I can say is that it was one of the craziest-girls-gone-wild night since my night with Nicole at Clearwater Beach. So, Amanda arrives and everyone looks so hot. My girls are beautiful! We had to stop by this kids Keg party at Avalon Heights first but right after that we left to Mika's Birthday Party. So we get in and the guy at the VIP door already knows us so it takes literally 2 seconds to get it. I love it. It was so packed inside. HPC has really blown up since I first started going there a few months ago. Usually Fridays aren't as full as it is on Tuesdays. So once we get to the table, and I meet like 30 people, and I can honestly say that I did not know any one of them except for April and Mika. Apparently, all those guys we met were from out of town. Aren't those the best type to meet? Definately all of them had money because from what I can remember, bottles and bottles of Moet and top shelf drinks was being ordered to the table like every 10 minutes. So we were "livin it up" like Ja Rule cuz we didn't spend a dime on anything. Isn't life great when your chillin with your favorite friends and not worry about any drama? Yeah, you know how we do. Anyway, so we're chillin at the Lounge and guess who walks up to our table? Bill Gramatica. You guys are probably like "Who?" He is the Kicker for The Arizona Cardinals. Yup. Those guys make like one million dollars each season. Yeah. He wont have a problem paying for our tab then. Ha. Also two of the guys that was there, Christian and his buddy, tell us to get some fresh air outside and we told Amanda that we'd be right back. So we left the lounge and we go to this dudes car and you won't believe what this cat drives... :a 2002 hooked up white Escalade with Coach leather interior! I was like "Good gracious ass is bo-datious!" So we get in his car and this thing is hooked up. Leather interior, automatic everything and his tires had bad ass 22 inch rims. Where was P-Diddy? cuz it seemed like he needed to be there. Were we in a Big Tymers music video or what? So we chit chat a bit and it turns out that Christian's friend had a bank account that can buy out all of Hyde Park and all the bulidings around it. So we go back into the club and I'm thinkin' man, these kids are too LifeStyles Of The Rich And Famous for my ass. I mean it was a blast chillin with them at the club but I know where I came from and even if I was to ever have the kind of money they did I would still be the Arthur that everyone loves and cares about. So Kalifa aka Buster, got us all a limo back to their hotel. He called up and made reservations at The Marriott Hotel in Downtown Tampa to have 3 connecting rooms and the main room to have the seaside view. It was so beautiful there! We felt like The Jeffersons cuz we were "movin on up" to the east side of Tampa. The limo ride was so much fun too. For reallll. Buster spent around Four Thousand dollars that night and so we all sat back and just sucked in the experience. Our limo driver was out of control. Forget the roller coasters at Busch Gardens, just go ride with this limo guy. We took some pictures of the limo ride and the hotel so you know they will be on my HoneyComb Hideout page so check them out. Once we checked into the Marriott, me and Andrea were flippin out at the rotating enterance, the full mini bar in the hotel, and the view we had outside our rooms were amazing. The first thing we did when we got in our rooms was we jumped on Kalifa's bed screaming and laughing. It was so much fun. After all the hotel beer drinking and the phone calls we made to our friends we all felt an urge to eat. We were some hungry ass Somalians. So one of the guys called up for room service but they closed at 1:00am and it was already like 3:30am. Dammit. I really wanted some lobsters and mixed drinks too. After a long discussion with the operator on the phone, the only thing left open was The Waffle House across the bay. Anything sounded good to eat by this time of night so we called a cab and went to that ish. Our cab driver was cool as hell. But he did overcharge us cuz it costed bones when the cab ride was literally 5 mintues. But those guys didn't care. They paid for everything! So me, Sherry, and Andrea ordered eveything in the menu. I gotta give The Waffle House some props cuz for 3:00am in the morning, their food was so delicious! We even over tipped that waitress for the good service. She had all our meals memorized where in New Tampa, those people write everything down. So we go back to the hotel and realize that Amanda has all our keys. She left with this other guy and Christian to an after party somewhere in St Petersburg so we had no way of getting to my car or back to Sherry's apartment. So we called everyone and finally after three hours we got a hold of her. So she meets us at Buster's room and we all hug cuz it has been one long ass night and we were ready to dip out and go home. So Christian takes us back in The Escalade and were all sitting there thinking, was tonight was crazy as hell. So much happend! By the time we got to my car, then Sherry's place, then back to my house, it was already 7:00am and I was worried that I might sleep through my dad's birthday. So I just jumped in my bed, still fully clothed but I did not care. I was ready to pass out on anything. Also shout-outs to Christian for driving us all home cuz we know that St. Petersburg is far ass hell from the hotel we were staying at. But we owe you. Also I love you Sherry and Andrea. We have been through so much together and seriously we kept it real. And tonight you guys proved that. I love ya'll so much. You know that. And to more crazy ass night in the future... it can only get better... For realllll, by my got darn three! :: H :: So that was last year. I will never forget that night. Like I said, I hung out with elite. What does elite actually mean? Well by definition, elite means: A group or class of persons or a member of such a group or class, enjoying superior intellectual, social, or economic status. That is elite. It started to get kind of late and Elena had to work early the next morning at the law firm. We really did not want to leave. Who in their right mind would? Mila kept looking at me and was telling me to stay. So we looked around for a ride but I was like, 'Mila, we'll come back this weekend and part two this biatch.' So we ended up leaving. It was actually good timing because right when I got in Jimmy's car my eyes started to shut slowly then I realized that I was getting sleepy. Plus all that alcohol in my system didn't help either and I still had class to attend to the next day. A few Long Islands and I am out. So that's it. Gentlemen.. goodnight! Ladies.. Good Morning! the pictures will be up soon.. To be continued..

:: My little niece Jenesi aka cutie patootie :: Thur Nov 20, 2003 Theme: All I Have by Jenifer Lopez Santa's little helper.. :: U :: I am looking into several Advertising schools as we speak. The colleges that I found were all over the United States except for Florida. Great. I really do not want to leave Tampa, but I may have to if I want to follow up on my career. This is like the next few stages of my life where I move into a cute apartment and start shopping at Pottery Barn and Target. So I've gotten so much feedback about my site and my hotmail account was flooded with mail and some people were asking 'why don't you update daily?' Well see, I try to but when you are a nerd like me and juggling six classes, it's hard to find time to log online. But by popular demand, I will try to Update as much as I can. Today I had turned in my exam for Nutrition and Drugs and then gave a presentation on why people should drink Milk. I turned out really good. I'm not really worried about that class cuz I know I'll end up getting an A. Natalie's presentaion was 10x's better than mine. Well at least I thought so. She had everything all planned out and organized. I think she aced it too! Then Patrick went today also and what's cool about his presentation was that he gave out coupons for a free smoothie. You know that me and Natalie used that biatch right after class and got our smoothies on. Mmm.. it was so good too! Then tonight I went to my neices performance thing where they sang at Pubix. They did such a great job! Then tomorrow I'm going to check out my sister Elly's brand new car. She just bought a brand new 2004 Toyota! Yeah. I was pretty upset too! So now I want a new car and first thing next week I'm going to the Toyota dealership to look into some 2004's. I told my mom, 'I really want a new car.' Then she was like, 'Then you really want a new job.' She is hilarious. Well.. she was kidding right? Anyway, So it turns out that I don't even need those Macro and Micro and Calculus classes after all. I spoke with this advisor lady on campus today and she said that I only need this one math class and an advertising class in order to transfer to a college up north. The only class I saw available was this online class and I wasn't havin' that. My mom told me that I better just go ahead and take it and get it over with so I guess I'm going to do that. Then this weekend I am going Christmas shopping with my sisters and I hope to find me some cool ass jogging pants at Hollister or Abercrombie. Last week I looking at a few so I might go back and get them. I need to start jogging for all the fat I am going to gain. I was invited to three Thanksgiving dinners next week. I wonder if I still have my old overalls so that when I do get full, I can just unbuckle the two sides and just let all the fatness out. :: oink oink :: Well I am a fatty, what can you do? Anyway, I'm going to add those pictures from Hyde Park Cafe and the tree lighting this weekend.. Depending whether or not I leave for the weekend. Later alligator! 11/21: Home For The Holidays :: N :: Guess who is coming home for the holidays? I just got off the phone with Nate this morning and he kept saying, 'I have great news, I have great news?' I'm like, 'what? you saved a lot of money by switching your car insurance to Geico?' No. He is coming down for Christmas! I am so excited! Also probably all the way till January 15th!! That means that he'll be here for my '04 new years eve party! Time to bust out the Bacardi and leave in someones Farari!

madiera beach Wed Nov 19, 2003 Theme: Stand Up by Ludacris So last night was incredible. It was the night of the meteor shower. For all you non Astronomical people out there let me explain into further detail. Well a meteor shower does not happen very often. In fact, they are very rare. Well last night, our Earth's orbit lined up with the comets and you could see them in the sky. Me, David, Lara, and Chris all went out to see the meteor shower at Madiera Beach. It was quite the drive but it was worth it. Me and Lara both wore some cute ass sweaters and layed there on the beach chairs. You could feel the breeze and after a while it started to get cooler. Chris got us Smirnoff Ice and so we were set for the night. It felt so good being out there looking over the shore and seeing all the stars above. It is a feeling that really words cannot describe and one person just has to expeience this for themselves. Right when we got to the beach I looked up at the sky and tried to look for the meteors. Nada. Couldn't see a damn thing cuz all the clouds were out. We waited for the wind to blow the clouds over but by that time, I had already been so comfortable laying down on the beach chairs that I fell asleep. It felt so good. I was freezing, but that is just a small price you have to pay to enjoy the beachy scenery. Right when I got home, I went to lay across my bed and I just passed out. I didn't even take my jeans off. Just laid there and thought to myself, 'damn, it feels so good to sleep. Then I realized that I had to get the remote control to shut off the tv, and doncha hate it when you are in this really comfortable position, then all of the sudden you remembered that you have to get up to do something? Well ain't that a bitach? So I said, f-it. I'll just leave that tv on all night. I was too comfortable. Sorry GE. I'll make sure to put my tv on timer next time. Quick Notes before i go to bed look at at these long ass entries. Dang. well i promise to keep this one short. i'm actually about to go to bed. i still have to freaking brush my teeth and floss and shower so really when i say that I'm about to go to bed, it really means 'be in bed in 40 minutes..' So.. i just finished writing another one of my Gordon Rule assignments and went over the word count again by a couple hundred words. I just have too much research going on here. And where does the sleep come in? it doesn't. Tonight we all watched Dreamcatcher -and for me, this is the third time watching this movie. Everyone always says, 'oohh! Dreamcather! I haven't seen that one yet!' so there it goes.. damn tape gets popped in the VCR and I'm returning that biatch as soon as I get my hands on it. I'm all Dreamcathered out. Well, nothing newsworthy.. just stuff on tv and Arnold's speech.. bla bla bla.. Paris Hilton's sex videos.. bla bla bla.. and Britney Spears is taking over the world. She is on everything now! Pepsi, television, magazines, rollerskates, ..candy bars? Pretty soon we're going to wake up and say.. 'I pledge allignence to Britney Spears'.. for real. It's like, 'enough already'. We can only take so much of her at a time. Well next week is Thanksgiving and I am so excited to eat. I planning on putting on my fat face that day and just pig out. I mean, there will be mashed potato, turkey, rice, adobo, lumpias.. you know, that American/Filipino ish. These foods only come like 4 times a year, so when it comes around, I make sure that I'm there for it, AND the after food party. Not even R-Kelley has food after parties. Well kids.. lookin' at my Gucci it's about that time.. I gots to get ready for bed because i have to be up early tomorrow! I promise to develope my last roll of film this week. Updates should be up soon.. later! -11/17 :: happy halloween.. :: part 3 ::

International click here for my celebrity sighting pictures :: Celebrity Life :: Fri Nov 14, 2003 Theme: The Way You Move by Outcast Somebody send me over a cup of coffee before I pass out. No wait.. it’s a lot more drastic than I thought. Someone please send me over two cups of coffee. One for me.. and if I can’t finish it, then it’s going into the microwave for later usage. Eww.. :: jk :: like I’d ever drink old coffee. So tonight was :: lets all say this together now :: ‘off the hizzle’. I just got back from Hyde Park Café which let me add is still poppin’. I’m so glad that I went because I almost forgot what a café looked like. Yes. This is all part of the ‘I’m so into school and have been Soho deprived’ program. Can you believe it’s been a like a few months since I’ve been there? Well then again, I’m not so sure. I just may also be delirious from the lateness. Damn Xanga has been down for like 24 hours now. Geeze! What is up with all these technical difficulties? Why don’t we all just agree that sometimes Xanga is ghetto and that they be forgetting to set a few things up so they say ‘technical difficulties’ when really they mean, ‘oh lordy lordy, we just messed the f-up’. So what else is new in the news? Oh yeahhhh.. me and Elly went to International today. Yes we stopped by Starbucks and also I sworn myself tonight: No more Starbucks for over caffeine usage purposes so I made myself a little promise that I was going to stay away from that stuff. Starbucks gives me the shakes since I’m not used to the caffeine. Which reminds me that I do have a funny Nicotrol story to tell you guys but I’ll save that story for the end. I need to get on with my story because you all know that I be forgettin’. So back to the international mall. Yes. I got my Mocha frap and then headed over to Hollister. Where is a flashlight when you need it? You can’t see a damn thing when in that biatch. My sister found this really cute leg warmer thing and so she used her Club Cali and bought them. They are the new thing.. pretty soon Beyonce and J-Lo will be wearing them. We also trotted over to Abercrombie, American Eagle, Guess, and Express. The mall was closing so we had to make things quick. I stopped over my old job at AE and my old boss gave me a Friends and Family invitation which gives me an additional 25% off so you know that I’ll be all up in that bih next week buying some winter clothes. :: not like I don’t have enough of it :: But just making sure since there’s always something going on during the holidays that I have to look extra cute. Today I wore my black A&F coat with my Burberry scarf and what I do not like about Burberry is that almost everything that they own and manufacture has that brown plaid design.. so when I wear my Burberry, it’s really not to show off the pattern but to represent that I do like Burberry, Does this make any sense? Just like how some people wear Tommy Hilfiger clothes and they buy those ugly Tommy clothes that have Tommy Hilfiger written all over it with big giant cursive letters. That is just plain tacky. I don’t wear name brand clothes just to show off the name. That is just not my style. So I did get a ton of compliments though. The first girl I saw while walking into Neiman Marcus complimented me on my fragrance. I’m surprised that she could even smell my cologne. I told her that it was Hugo Boss and that if she wanted a sample that Neiman Marcus or even Dillards provides them. She was so cute until she asked me if I had a lighter. Do I look like I would smoke? I couldn’t find anything at the Guess store so then I had to go to the next best thing and got this really cool ring at E. It’s this blue marble ring that I have been eyeing for quite a while now. I just had to get it since I always say, ‘oh I’ll just come back for that’.. but I never do. And don’t even start shaking your heads because you all know that you do it too. My sister also got a sweater from Abercrombie because she just has so much money and then a trucker hat :: like the one Pharrell and Ashton Kutcher wears :: and also sometimes Cameron Diaz. But it looked really good on her. I kept telling her to go with the red trucker hat but she insisted with the blue. I’m telling you; almost everything she has is blue. What ever happened to diversity? Then after the mall we were all going to meet at The Hyde Park Café.. but I’m so sleepy and I really need some rest so I guess I will finish this up tomorrow. Night kids.. and make sure to turn off all the lights cuz electricity is expensive now a days. Don’t act like you ain’t poor because even Mr. Bill Gates sometimes remembers to turn off the lights and then so should you. Night. Continued.. Topics: Britney Spears’ interview with Diane Sawyer, Paris Hilton’s hoe-ography sex scandal tape, Ryan and Reese’s new addition :: it’s a baby boy :: ,Demi and Ashton’s elementary school necklaces, and reality tv’s new addition: Average Joe. Much to anticipate.. Now I haven't been in the loop lately because of school and ish but that does not mean that I'm not caught up in the major news. I still do have access to US Weekly, E, and In Touch. So first things first, like Biggie would say, but the other night I couldn't help but watch the Britney Spears interview with Miss Sawyer. Diane tore her up with them questions. See at first I really did not like the whole Justin and Cameron child molesting hook up thing, but now that they have been together for like what? three months? it's not so bad. You kinda just get used to it like those damn Reality TV shows. You don't want |
