  • Hello xanga!

    ...again.

Every time I think I'm done with xanga....and moving on...I end up coming back, and doing a post. At least for old times sake. Besides....xanga is a little like putting a message in a bottle. You dont know who will read it, but then, thats not really the point.

(Someday i'm going to send a real message in a bottle. It's on my to do list.)

However...i have somewhat to say about all the changes around xanga...grr.. *angry foot tapping* It took me a good 10 minutes just to figure out what happened to my home page.  But while i was looking for my regular homepage i saw something about changing your screen name...as often as you want! Without creating a new account. hmm...

Anywayy....Spring is coming!! For really and truly for sure! All the snow is melted and... i saw the sun today. But it's coming ever so slowly...a little at a time. Patience is definitely going to be an issue.

    ------------

she's traded her sun tea for sweet tea for hot....

Abraham Lincoln is my favorite president. We would have hit it off well, Abe and I.

We had a debate to find out which was better between Gatorade and V-8. Guess which one won? I did end up drinking my V-8 though...for all that vitamin C and stuff. It wasn't worth it. *shudder*

  • God is good...all the time!

    Home again!

    2007 left with a whisper....and a bang.

I celebrated at Winter Youth Retreat! It was superawesomeamazingwonderfulcold.

I even got to try mattress surfing!

To everyone that i met there...you guys are awesome.

And to everyone that didn't get to go.....you should try to make it...just once. you'll love it.

Sadly, I didn't take any pictures. grr.....again. My new years resolution is to take more pictures. One of them, anyway.

And I came home with a puzzling question...haha....here it is.

It's not weird to drink milk in your hot tea.....is it??

Can it really be 2008 already?

Now please tell me about YOUR new year!

This is my last xanga post of the year! 2007 has been a wild ride. Everything about it seems unexpected. But good.

I'm so excited about WYR! But I hope it's not colder in MI than it is here. brrr.....

We've been sledding...which is a blast. I seem to have this strange knack for turning around backwards as I go down the hill. ha! It's terribly perilous.

(This font is called "boopee". I think i love it. )

So I'll leave 2007 with a snowy picture. I was going to load more, but there's this sad sad story with my computer, and this is the only one that I could load.

  • hello, my friends.

Thanksgiving was wonderful. Family really makes me smile.
And between two days I believe I ate the equivilent of six pies. And that's just counting dessert.

At least that's what it felt like...haha...ugh.

But it really was great fun.

And there is a very special wedding in March that i'm reeaallly looking forward to. Congratulations to Samantha and Johnny!

    -------

i have a facebook now... Facebook is very cool...
But its not as cool as xanga.
Remember when xanga was big? And if you went for two whole days without checking it, you were out of the loop?
    ah, well...

    ----
My socks tonight are long and gray and fuzzy and made out of rabbit hair. They are without a doubt the coolest socks i own. I love socks.
    Really.

And that concludes this post. I have nothing else to say, except that I am feeling very happy/content tonight. I just feel like smiling. i love that feeling.
And i have a snoring cat on my lap.

    Good night.

  • Hello, October.

    Fall is here...
The leaves keep dancing by my window. They look happy, almost playful.
Its easy to see why this is so many people's favorite season.

If you havent tried the new caramel apple candy corn, you should. They're even better than the real thing. I love candy corn....probably mostly for the enjoyment that comes from biting off the little white tips.
