This is the time, this is the day that we've been waiting for, when all the world will stop to watch you SHINE

Wow, it's been a month since I last updated my Xanga. Loads have happened within a month - especially the inevitable ups and downs of life. Got to suck it up, I supposed!

Other than that, I'm still actively racing. In fact, I recently did my 3rd half marathon and an aquathlon. The contentment of doing these endurance races is far beyond euphoric. Results for both races were satisfactory, so YAY!

welcome back! Been awhile. Glad to see you got some hardware there! Well done. I've got the last dragon boat regatta of the season tomorrow and Sunday. Hopefully, more hardware for me too.

ryc: nah, i didn't forget that one...that was just a piece of my list. i didn't want to put too many travel ones on there...trust me i would never forget travel to asia. hahaha
