monday im starting my edited[for calories] atkins diet. so basically ill be doing a lot less carbs[my downfall] and not as much meat that is allowed simply cuz i dont like meat except for chicken, turkey, and tuna. my friend lost a ton of weight doing this and now shes going back on it. so yeah, its a diet. but its modified. i work better with plans. so we'll see how that goes. i guess if i must eat it should be healthy instead of not eating and then going binge-crazy on shitty food. its my plan.
my goal is to be more consistant, more open-minded and to start working out a lot more. im making goals for myself each month instead of the yearly ones. lets see how that works too. like i said, i work better with a plan. im sorry i havent been here to support you all. but im back for good and i promise to start commenting extra much.
