havn't been doin so good..this week!

ima start back exerciseing again today

and i need to work harder..i ate one hot dog in stead of one today..yah

breakfast- a toaster pastry thingy..200cals

snack-peanuts..350cals..oh no

lunch- hotdog..300cals

dinner- potatoe thingy..200cals

dessert- fresh blueberry and strawberry smoothie..200cals

1200cals..and probably more than that

exercise..none..ima start the whole thing over tomorrow.how did i get this off track?

today was pretty fun for me..except now my eye itches like crazy..lol

breakfast- cereal.(150cals)

lunch-fish filet snadwhich.fries.(300cals)

dinner-fried chicken.squash(300cals)

snacks-2 blueberry muffins.lol..an english muffin with chesse ham and egg(500cals)

1250..wow..less snacks tomorrow..but i feel kinda better for eatin more today..hehe.not so hungry.thats good

exercise..walking.BoFlex 25 minutes.laughing a lot? night exercises

i guess today was good..i drank lots of water though

b- none.i was feeling sick.and it was way too early

l- tiny bit of speghetti.tiny bit of salad(150cals)

d- chicken breast with sauce.brocoli(300?)

snacks- gum.mints.like 5 french fries.sandwhich.m&ms..(the m&m's had a lot of cals..)(500cals)

950 all together+ played basketball.pool(lol).worked out at the gym for a little.walked a lot! night exercises!

pretty good today..ima take the advice of your guys comments..and not worry so much..and just let the weight loss come to me.!!

i'm back..

today was kinda depressing..i had to go to camp..and i made a few friends..but like EVERY SINGLE PERSON was skinny..and i was like the only one who was freakin fat..like i was an outsider..it hurt so bad!

thats why i have to lose this weight..and be like everyone else..beautiful and thin..so i'm pushing my self extra hard now

b- sum cereal..but felt sick cuz it was early(7:30am).and i was so nervous.i could barely eat(nervous cuz of going to camp for the first time..and not knowing anyone..and being fat..sigh)*100cals*

l-hotdog.a little bit of pastry.later on *250cals*

d-piece of steack.potatoes.!!salad!!*350cals*mostly from fried potatoes

snacks-graham cracker sticks.lemon slushy(low fat low cal)*200*

total-about 900 cals..

exercise..bowling.walking.BoFlex 20 minutes.and my night exercies later

i'd say pretty good day...
