breakfast- a toaster pastry thingy..200cals
snack-peanuts..350cals..oh no
lunch- hotdog..300cals
dinner- potatoe thingy..200cals
dessert- fresh blueberry and strawberry smoothie..200cals
1200cals..and probably more than that
exercise..none..ima start the whole thing over tomorrow.how did i get this off track?
