三鐵 + 兩鐵

今朝訓到十點幾,養足精神,跟住睇下書,林森池的《平民資本家》,上下投資課。之後帶亞仔入石門浸大上體院的游水堂,然後去城大打羽毛球,再去 JSC 跑步,兩父子分別玩足三鐵跟兩鐵,所以而家謝哂。今晚跑得都幾好,三個圈 100 快 100 慢熱身,跟住就做左四組 3 圈(約 1320 米),平均每圈(440 米)為 1:45-1:47(第一組:1:42, 1:47: 1:45;第二組:1:43, 1:46, 1:45;第三組:1:45, 1:47, 1:46;第四組:1:45, 1:45, 1:33),每組都被周記在後面迫住跑,不過盡量放鬆跑自己,最後一圈試下再加快,做到 1:33 都算滿意。明天阿仔去 camp,可以休息一天。

學校一直都未收到野,不過我今日打左電話去問,話已經寄左出去好耐,但係肯定有你同潘迪森兩個名,所以星期四直接去運動場報到就可以了,唔該話埋比潘迪森知。
