NO MORE JUNK FOOD AT ALL ONLY WATER MILK FRUITS VEGGIES BREAD (one peice a day) NO MEAT So i will pretty much become a vegitarian AND EXERSIES EVERY DAY for 45-60 mins BUT FROM NOW TILL THE 16 NO FOOD CEPT 1 peice a bread a day!!!

| Today it starts
Alright heres the game plan!!! today no food after 1 pm! exerrsise a lot.. and then keep not eating!! days plan []DO NOT EAT AT ALL!!! NO MATTER WHAT! AFTER ONE PM []500-1000 crunches ( my mucels are sore) []100 leg lifts each leg or 200 doing it toghther []CLEAN MY ROOM!!! []DO ALL THE LAUNDRY (sort it, wash it, dry it, fold it, put it away) []Drink 68 oz of water [X] Take 2 pills in the morning []take 3 at 2 pm []take 1 at 6 or 7 []Go to bed eairly or just fake go to bed so i don't have to eat.... []Call C-Dog (my best frined, and the person i am fasting with [] COMMENT EVERY ONE BACK EDIT LATER ITS TRUE

I have had this Xanga for 42 days woah! lol well like my fast is going well... last night i took diet pills at like 8 and then at like 11 pm i took my sleep medicne not realizing and i was like OMG I CANT GO TO BED I WILL DIE lol but i got in some good exersise last night Crunches 700 Jumping jacks 200 8 Min Jog... ( not very long but i am not the best runner and i just forced myself to keep running lol) So that was pretty good.. Sence 3 pm yesterday i have not eaten yet!! YAY me! its been about 18 hrs! yah!!! all i have been drinking is Water Coffee Tea Juice _______________________ so thats my thing! lol i'll do more later!
10:30 Ugh i am getting hungry... kinda light headed.. i think i am gunna take some diet pills.. like 2 or 3 they make me feel full and engiezed! so yes i think i will.. I need help keeping myself from not eating... LIke oh gosh i got 4.f hours left yippie!!! im so proud PLAN FOR THE DAY (ill wright back if i compleated later) []DONT EAT!! awh fuck.. i ate.. at least i did a 28 hr fast! starting tomrow i am gunna do anoughter one
So when i wake up i am gunna exersise... i think i might sleep in my living room Cause everytime i sleep in my bed i have this one scarey dream.. and its always the same one.. were i get caught by these crazy people who look like the people from the hills have eyes.. but they have scorpian tails (i have a huge phobia tords scorpians) And they like lock me in a box and cut me up... its so fucking scarey! ugh haha! well tommrow starting when i wake up my fast begins!!!
