Look at the date of my last entry:

I haven't posted since July 28, 2006, which was exactly one year before my wedding!! I'm sure this is not the most profound finding this year - or even the most amazing discovery today - but I thought it was kinda neat.

...And it is a great transition into this statement, which is long overdue: I am married to my best friend!!

4 Rolls Worthy

I just wanted to let you all know that I got to go home (to MI) for a week and a half. It was great!!!! I got to see my family (whom I rarely got to see) and my girlfriend (whom I haven't seen enough of this summer)!!! Not to mention, it was nice to just get away from Springfield and simply relax... ahhhhhh!!!! The only problem now is that I got used to being around all those people who mean soooooo much to me and I love dearly...I'm going through withdraw!!!!!!! I did take a lot of pictures (4 rolls) to cherish when I'm missing them dearly...

A Challenge:

If you think you're up for it, I challenge you to a dual! Here's the deal: I consider myself to be THE MOST RANDOM PERSON when it comes to random quotes, but I want to prove it to the xanga universe. Yes, that's right--you either bring your A game or you don't come at all! So, get your game face on and post a random comment here and I will make a random comment back here and on your personal site. For each person that comments, I will make one witty, random comment back directed at kicking your random booty!

Let these random games begin...and I'll hasten to my eventual win!!!!!!! (in case you weren't afforded this knowledge...I'm a former rapper who can bring the fresh lyrics--"so fresh and so clean, clean")

DONE WITH FINALS!!! (my regards to those still suffering through)

Its great to be done with this semester's workload! I was barely making it toward the end. In fact, I woke up one morning in such a daze (not enough sleep) that I almost sprayed cologne in my eyes rather than contact solution! Yeah, the moral of the story: don't give me any sharp objects in the morning as I could use them to brush my teeth!!! =)

The 3-6-3 Stacking Sequence

What is this you ask?

Why it's the wonderful world of "Sport Stacking!"

These metal cups are used to increase one's stacking speed--much like one improves one's bat speed by warming up with a heavier bat.

This, unfortunately, is no joke!! There truly is a "sport" called "Competitive Speed Stacking." Those competing in this sport have their own pad (as seen above), and the goal is to stack one's cups in a particular sequence faster than one's opponent. As goofy as this sport is, a university study by Dr. Brian Udermann, currently at the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse, confirms that stacking improves hand-eye coordination and reaction time by up to 30 percent. How interesting! For more information on this exciting new sport, go to SpeedStacks.com.

See all the colors Minis come in.

There are also mini cups for dexterity.

Detachable Timer for either a Mini Mat or StackMat.

A "mini mat" for "mini practice"...

There are also full-size mats. This one is a "Generation 2 Model," which sadly indicates there is a Generation 1 Model as well.

One student named Jason Counts said of cup stacking, "It changed my life. Before then, I was kind of going down the wrong path. Since I got into cup stacking, I've changed tremendously."  -Come on, bro., you can't be serious?
