super busy these days....have not seen this situation before ,,,, every shift need to handle 13-14 cases.....also new admisson case and discharge case the time is not allowed me to go toilet...even sips of water.. what's the hell in the ward... the arrangement is so confusing....open a new ward in a short time...close it without deep consideration... finally, the ward open again on the next day..... opening a new ward is not easy, it won't appear by saying one word... who support us....~do it yrself !!!! i'm getting crazy now... BED OCCUPANCY: 131% |
