Working for start-up company had its woneder of time-stealing from its employee. From time to time, as I now rest in my room in HongKong, I would still ponder how the hell a single day had passed without accomplishing much but nevertheless required lots of labor/mental input. If small company suffer from this, why wouldn't big corporates? I guess that that's why a well setup small company could worth billions. Oh well.....

---------------------

So,  HK!!! Fun should be everywhere, instead, I'm sitting in my room typing this s***. Couple of things to blame, first the steaming weather, second my friends in HK don't drink, don't go out, and have girl friends, grrrrrr.... Hate family life (theirs)

---------------------

Lots of business ideas recently, but won't tell ya :P

---------------------

I have $$ to spend, but nothing I really want to buy in HK.....how come ?!

- Hanged out with Kevin, Zhen, Stan and DM. Yum Cha was soo good in Flushing, this place is rapidly ascending up my list of best-food-places.

- Just in 3 weeks I've been thrown right into the middle of office politics. Long story short, here's the summary for the past 3 wks:

   people fired: 3

   people resigned: 2

   people involved in rumors: 5

   people newly hired: 10

   Hypocricy/consipircies count: 3

The division manager was gone for good. I'm now taking over his job :)  I'll show him why CMU tops Stonybrooks by ten thousands miles.

- A childhood friend was "recovered" after 8 yrs missing....Feeling lucky

Comments:

ok, one conclusion I've came up from this semester:

- CMU is THE hardest-ass-working college in the world.

anyone who doesn't believe that can taste my fist of wrath *punch*

News:

-Grades came up pretty good this semester (I expected worse).

News:

-It's a lot harder to work in a start-up company...low paid, irregular working hours, undefined responsibility/role...but a lot more actions going on, loving it.

-My first karaoke/drinking/socialising party in my life took place in NYC on Friday, 20+ people I never met were there having fun   And one inevitable result was that I was drunkity-drunk-drunk....This time tho, I have many people (chics!?!) sitting around me  hmmmm... look forward to next weekend...

-Living in Manhattan could be an epic story for me, lots of stuff need to adjust to...ChinaTown, no internet, crazy traffic, and gooood food !!!?

-My memory-leaking and nose-bleeding problem were fixed in one week here in NYC...the culprit ? C-M-U!! Well....we don't wanna think about it now, do we?!

-This guy is hilarious http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=son__of__god  Every post of his got 200+ comments.... I wanna be his disciple haha

-How do you resolve this conflict ?
