| Hey girls, sorry for the lack of update yesterday but i wasn't feeling well. my mother took me to the supermarket today to pick out "my" candy for tomorrow. haha, it was so much fun. Mom was like; chocolate? but i just took some nonsugar and nonfat candy and a couple of chocolates so she wont worry. intake breakfast - nothing lunch - a cup of hot chocolate and a small bowl of homemade müsli. / 300 cals dinner - tba snacks - none total= 300 calories
Burned; 1 hour walk / -134 calories Cleaning my room / -167 calories total = -301 calories
so i'm basically up one calorie. haha lol, that's not sucess in my eyes. I'm going out for a long walk now and maybe have a smoke. I'm starting to get hungry and we're not having dinner until later tonight and i don't wanna snack! So i'm grabbing my mp3 and i'm right out the door.

i hope you all are doing okay. i just woke up and i'm going to take a shower any minute now. I haven't ate anything so far, just a glass of non fat milk and i'm not planning to eat anything until dinner and then i'm not eating much. Tomorrow the big easter holiday starts and i couldn't be less excited. it's just a holiday of food and more food. eugh and i told my mother i didn't want any candy and now she's probably buying the whole candystore. She's a pain.
And i'm going out for a run today i think. It's good weather, not too cold and not to warm. It's great, and i have to clean my room before my parents get a anerysm. It's nooot clean. haha i'll update later with a intake list and stuff! comment! love <3 | | |
| ThursdayHey girls, it's been quite awhile, but let's not dwell in the past. lol. i'm back and big, so let's diet eh? I've decided to get thin, again. I always get back to fatso weight and now i wanna be thin. I'm changing diet sodas to water, candy to apples and chewing gum til smokes AND EXERCISE people. i'm going to exercise my ass off. No eating after 6 o'clock, no night eating. No mcdonalds.

| today is a "eat normal" day. I'm boosting my metabolism. Hopefully it will work cuz i can't eat like this. Too much food in to little time. aargh!
Intake B - Cereal / 200 cals L - School Lunch / 100 cals D - Mac & Cheese / 200 cals Snacks: 5 crackers / 100 cals all and all: 600 cals.

| bad. so bad. Yesterday, i ate half a pizza! HALF A PIZZA! ARGH! UH. I can't take it, must have been over 500 cals just in that pizza- so.. it was with my boyfriend. We were at his house, watching Madagascar. love that movie =) i like to move it, move it. i like to, MOVE IT.
I just filled my mp3 with some dance and techno music. I'm going out for a 5 kilometer walk =) weej. Hopefully i will make it more.
