Mom was like; chocolate? but i just took some nonsugar and nonfat candy and a couple of chocolates so she wont worry. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;intake &lt;BR&gt;breakfast - nothing&lt;BR&gt;lunch - a cup of hot chocolate and a small bowl of homemade müsli. / &lt;EM&gt;300 cals&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR&gt;dinner - tba&lt;BR&gt;snacks - none&lt;BR&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;total= 300 calories&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Burned; &lt;BR&gt;1 hour walk / -134 calories&lt;BR&gt;Cleaning my room / -167 calories&lt;BR&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;total = -301 calories&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;so i'm basically up one calorie. haha lol, that's not sucess in my eyes. I'm going out for a long walk now and maybe have a smoke.&amp;nbsp; I'm starting to get hungry and we're not having dinner until later tonight and i don't wanna snack! A SCALE PEOPLE! :@ And he was like: get on!&lt;BR&gt;so after a small fight, i got on. and it said 108. and i already knew that and i was happy. But my boyfriend had a smaller break down. "&lt;I&gt;you'r losing weight again, why?" &lt;/I&gt;and i couldn't well tell him that i was into ana again so i was standing there thinking up an excuse, when he suddenly takes me in his arms and starts to apologize and he started saying things like: &lt;I&gt;sorry, i'm so sorry. i know that you don't do that ana crap any more. i was just worried. i don't want you losing weight again. can't you see that?&lt;/I&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;and i felt so much shame. never in my hole life have i been more ashamed. i don't want to lie to him! not to the only light in my life. not him.. i don't wanna lose him. i couldn't stand it. i love him more than i deserve. i don't deserve that beautiful guy. he should have someone better.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P align=center&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;dumdumdum, just 29 to go :)&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size=1&gt;so i was in school today and the boy i like he came up to me and gave me a hug and asked me how i was feeling. i was like: gugfuhjod. &lt;BR&gt;I didn't make any sense :P i promise&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P align=center&gt;&lt;FONT size=7&gt;Today&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size=1&gt;5 bottles of water&lt;BR&gt;100 grams of pasta (100 cals)&lt;BR&gt;1 orange (45 cals)&lt;BR&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;All and all:&lt;/STRONG&gt; 145 calories. &lt;BR&gt;But i am expecting to eat some dinner cause my grandparents are coming to dinner so i have to eat infront of grandma. but that's okay because i'm getting my exercise done today, finally .hehe, i plan on burning at least 500 cals, preferably 1000. that would be great (:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
