| - Bippity, Boppity, Boo Well, dear friends this is my last and final xanga entry. I have realized that while xanga is a great way for friends to keep in touch and to know what is going on in eachothers lives. Unfortunately, with all good comes the bad and I have realized that things that are put on xanga sites should not be put on there because ppl's feelings end up getting hurt, which isn't good. So I have decided to go back to the old fashioned idea of getting a journal and writing down stuff in it. So all my dear xanga friends, I guess this is a goodbye! But I hope you guys continue your happy xanga-ing. Love ya guys!

| So yeah, I love the Omnibus ppl and I think they are just absolutely AWESOME!!! I found out today that the trips we will be taking are to see Phantom of the Opera, Carmen, and the best of all NORAH JONES!!! I have never been so excited about something in my life!!! I cannot wait!!!!! I hope everyone else is having a wonderful day! | | |
| Do you ever get the feeling sometimes that whenever you help ppl in the end they don't even appreciate it? I mean at the time they may act like they don't, but they really do......I think I have a lot to think about in terms of what I deserve......I know this may sound very vague, but that is the way it is supposed to be. I hope everyone has an awesome week and a good day tomorrow! | | |
| Well, so I am finally done w/ my first week at Hanover. On a scale from one to 10 things have been great! My classes are going really well and Spanish is my favorite class. I would have to say that my second favorite class is History of China. Well, considering the fact that anthropology is my "maybe" major, Dr. Buckman terrifies me. He is a really good teacher, but really, really, intimidating. Being the wonderful person that he is he started us off on this book called, "The Guide for the Perplexed." Sounds like a lot of fun right? WRONG! The first 2 chapters made absolutely no sense and I didn't understand what was going on until we had his class the next day. I am happy to say that I am pulling through Schumacher and I am understanding more of what he is saying and I think that he makes a lot of good pts. about society today. I WILL CONQUER THIS BOOK! But anyhow, so friday night we had Bobak's b-day party and it was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed going to Sonic w/ everyone and having this delightful conversation about cherries. That is about as far as I am going to go into detail about that.....lol Today, I spent most of my day just doing h/w, but it wasn't as bad or boring as I thought. Tonight, I went to the Spanish festival in downtown Madison. It was actually a lot of fun because it was nice to see kids having fun and hearing latino music which I have come to like. Also, I am very proud of myself because tonight I made dog out of a balloon, I know it doesn't seem that exciting, but it is actually harder than you think it is. The whole atmosphere of the festival was really nice because they had all of these lights in trees and everything. The whole time I was thinking wow, wouldn't it be wonderful to be here w/ a tall, dark, foreign guy ( according to Lisa) dancing underneath the trees. But anyhow enough w/ my stupid girlish fantacies. lol I already have a wonderful guy lol After the festival, I went and watched a movie that I didn't really like and that is all the detail I am going to go into w/ that. So tonight I am basically just going to have a girls night w/ emi and watch movies, it's gonna be great!
