A new poem of mine. Read someone's personal message(you know who you are) and wanted to write a poem about it. It's dedicated to you.

Someone

Something is piercing my heart so deeply,

Can’t you see that it’s hurting me?

What I want to say will come out eventually,

But today is just not the day to be,

I’m in so much pain I can’t stand it,

When you’re gone it just gets worse,

I love you but you’re someone I’ll never get,

It’s as though I got a curse,

A secret that’s been unknown for so long,

Now wanting to come out from my heart,

Maybe I was totally wrong,

But what I saw in us was a start,

I’m sitting here still waiting for,

That someone to come and be mine,

Maybe I should walk out the door,

And follow the magical sign.
