wut a tiring day...today played at misa from 1 to 3...wif short breaks in between...then on the way home, got hungry...ate quite a lot...nasi lemak ayam 'n maggi goreng...when I went home...my leg got 'itchy'...then played football again near my place wif sum ppl from my neighborhood...the field quite muddy...after that, really tired...played like 3 hours of football...crazy...no appetite to eat dinner also...and holiday ending soon...aargghhhh...

haha...man u beat newcastle 5-3...a very good match, I would say...not just because man u has won, but also they displayed good attacking football...hopefully they can put up the same performance against liverpool and arsenal...keeping my fingers cross...

anyway, today played football at old klang road near desa water park in the morning...very tiring...as the weather is scorching hot...played fer like 15 minutes and then in the end just stand around only...hav to admit that I hav very poor stamina...and I still can't believe that I missed 2 open goal (small goalpost)...it was horrible...really affected my playing...however, managed to scored 1 for a consolation at least...that's all that I want to type la...lazy

today watch naked weapon and the returner vcd...haha...no money to go cinema...so hav to resort to haram way...so how's the movie?...

well...naked weapon...ok la, the movie...normal hong kong action movie...actually the whole movie is in english...or maybe it's my vcd version dubbed in english...not sure...so dun expect much from the movie...except that maggie q is hot in the movie...and yeah, there isn't any real nudity scene in this movie...except during the start there's a little...and in the middle a 'lil...yup, between maggie q and daniel wu...but dun expect much here...heheh

the returner...not a bad movie ala the matrix style at sum of the scenes...the storyline is quite good actually...so watch it especially if u are a fan of takeshi kaneshiro...however, the star newspaper gave a c+ rating for this movie...but i dun usually trust the reviewer's taste...

that's all i want to type la fer today...kind of enjoying my precious 2 weeks holiday...1 more week to go...ciao

everyday is a same routine for me...

yesterday played bowling...5 games in a row...this morning woke up, hand aching abit...then continued playing fifa 2003...won the epl (english premier league) redi...then at nite went yum cha wif the usual bunch of ppl...

today...nothing much...watch the transporter vcd...quite nice, the movie but abit short though...now burning a compilation of chinese songs to cd-rw, courtesy of taiuei's generous large collection of downloaded songs...and *sigh*, langkawi's trip is cancelled due to unforseen circumtances...but never mind la...on the other hand, can save sum money...hehe...ciaoz

Announcement#2...EXAM over!!!

hahaha...exam's over...life feels good ...but the exam's a little disappointing though, cuz lots of mistakes and errors ...but life goes on...anyway, I've just formatted my c drive and installed xp...so far so good...hav to download drivers fer the video and sound card...now I'm still downloading the driver for my video card...the file is quite large...and the transfer rate was 1. sumthing earlier...now it increased to 2 plus...aarrgghhhh...can't wait to finish this download cuz I hav just bought the fifa 2003 game and haven't played it yet...and yeah, today saw KELLY CHEN at sungei wang wif taiuei, chang, kee beng, ah ron and ah lian...that's all la...malas to type...still waiting impatiently fer the download to finish...ciao...

weird things that might have happened to a computer...

yesterday nite...when I switched on my pc...I got the shock of my life...b4 the desktop was fully loaded...it prompts me to enter a new time fer the pc's clock...then...when the desktop has been fully loaded...ugly icons stared at me ...it was an awful sight to behold (pls refer to the previous post, at the end...look at the pic)...the icons were all distorted (as in the icons itself were all distorted)...then I tried all kinds of ways to revert the icons back to normal but to no avail...I tried refreshing many times...tried restarting the pc...tried shutting down the pc...but it was useless as the distorted icons were still staring (& probably laughing at me) ...then I tried scanning my pc wif pc-cillin...but it says no viruses were detected...maybe that's good news?...I dun think so...cuz it could mean sumthing much more worse than getting infected wif virus...then went online to download the latest patch...and scan again...wut it says?...same thing...no viruses were detected...then later saw taiuei online...ask his opinion...sent him a screen shot of my desktop...he was surprised and maybe shocked too as this is really sumthing weird...he gave sum tips on wut to do...but still it was useless...then I went to symantec.com to scan my pc online...but it says that my IE could not run active x...then changed my security settings...tried again...same message appeared...been messing around wif this thing fer like an hour...still can't find the cause to this problem...then it was getting very late...so I decided to go offline...and give one last try by playing around wif the pc's settings...right click on the desktop...chose properties...then click on the effect tab...tried enabling the 'use large icons'...lo and behold...at last, my icons came back as it used to be since I bought this pc, except that its size is much more larger now ...then disable that option to revert the icon back to its normal size...then restart my pc...and yup, everything was back to normal again...*a deep sense of relieved* ...weird huh?...still dunno wut causes it...anyway, hopefully this will not happened to my pc again...and hopefully my pc will not get infected by any viruses...when reading this...U would probably thinked that I'm making up stories...but NO!...it's very true indeed...maybe this is just another chapter of weird things that might have happened to a computer...ciao...

A Summary of Wut I Did fer the Past Few Days...

Fer Friday and Saturday, there isn't much stuff that I did. To be exact, I have totally forgotten about wut happen actually (how would u expect me to remember anyway?) Haha. Anyway, I watch the ASTRO's 6th anniversary on Wah Lai Toi on Saturday. That's the only highlight of the day that I could remember. Wut a boring life that I lead.

On Sunday, as usual, went to church. Then later got a meeting among the youth committee members for a year end review, which lasted about 2 hours. Before the meeting, I tested the new symbals that the my fren (hynn) had bought from his fren. The symbals, brand-name called Zidjian cost rm 500 and another rm100 fer the stand. Woo...mahal...Then, went fer lunch together. I had 'pan mee'.

Then, at about 5, went to church frenz's house. Kononnya ada tea session. But went there, no tea was served, only plain water was available. Then tot got sega or nintendo console to main, but it was at his sis place...*sigh*...Then channel-surfing on astro, but no good programmes to watch. Most of the time tengok MTV. Then discuss wif band members (james & hynn) fer my frenz's (hynn) prom nite that we'll be performing at dunno wut's the name of the hotel redi. Hopefully no last minute cancellation. Anyway, if we perform, we dapat free dinner only, which cost 'bout rm80 per person. So I guess it's ok la, instead of paying us. Most prob will be playing 1 of goo goo doll's song and the calling's where ever you'll go. Another song have yet to be decided, but james suggested john mayer's your body is a wonderland (not confirmed yet).

Then later, watch a french movie on vcd (it's ORIGINAL!) called wasabi (paradoxical?...nope). The male lead actor dunno wut name but the female lead role was played by the cute RYOKO HIROSUE . The movie is about a cop who goes back to japan because his former lover (a jap) left him a will and her daughter (which is the cop's daughter too). The story unfolds with more mysteries and at the end of the movie, the whole story pieces together to make this an enjoyable movie to watch. There are lots of humors in this movie, although I do not understand a single word of French (but got subtitles mah). Half way throughout the movie, have to go out beli dinner. Bought domino's pizza and 2 whole chicken from carrefour. The queue was crazy as so many ppl was buyin all kinds of stuff. When walk also susah as so many ppl was blocking public's rite of way. After a very sumptuous dinner, resume watching the french movie. After that only balik rumah. Reach home at about 10+ pm. Sigh, wut a day.

On Monday, went to college to do RTS project. Fer the whole day, I just did the splash screen that toke me a few hours to do. Can say a waste of time, but it looks okla. Haha.

Fer today, normal routines. Studied CNDS, which seems never ending to me. One lecture of the slides got so many pages from the stalling's book. Wonder if I'll ever finish reading the syllabus fer the exam . Anyway, that's all that a boring lad did, fer the past few days. Ciao...

SPA project presentation...

sedihnya...today no car to drive... hav to take lrt to college...after last class fer this semester...straight went fer the monash talk...not much info on the uni however...the 'kuai lo' from aussie not l33t enuff ...cuz dunno how to use powerpoint...anyway...heard from others who will be going to monash next year like very rushing...so i might hav to register early...

after that...makan lunch...then go to lab serve around sambil baca the SPA code...aiyoh...really scared la...cuz neva touch the project...concentrated on CNDS...sumore heard othere groups presentation that the lecturer, pardeep was very strict...ask everyone question...alex also in doubt...lepak in the lab until 3 plus which was ur presentation...b4 that...haiyoh...stress giler cuz got a few bugs in the program...last minute detected...while taiuei, kee beng and francis debugging...i and alex watch helplessly...really takut man...

at around 3...the first group presented...francis say they are 'power' programmers...however...realize their program like crash...according to them later...they say got sum problems wif the UNIX system...kesian...anyway, their presentaion quite lama...we tot we going to face the same problem too...after their group...is ur turn...

we proceed to the p4 lab as francis wants to use the QVT (or sumthing lidat la the name) system...to show the loading bar fer the backup part...then pardeep ask everyone's part...kee beng started presenting first on add user...no bugs...neva crash...hebat... abit relieved...then taiuei's turn fer modify account...no bugs also ...can see pardeep trying in vain to crash the program...but to no avail...hahaha... then alex turn on deactivate...and followed by my turn on activate user's account...*no problem*...then finally, francis part on delete user and backup...when try to delete a user...suddenly got the activate message pops up...i think cuz neva exit the activate part properly...then pardeep ask whether he copied sumone's project...but of course we say no(anyway memang neva copy at all)...then pardeep just look at backup main screen only ...kesian francis no chance to show his hard work (especially the loading bar part) to pardeep...*sigh*...then he ask his final question whether we deserved to get the same marks...and all of us said yes of course...and he said we can leave...the weird thing was ur presentation was so short...compared top the first group...we tot got sum thing fishy going on...

next was jimmy's group...their presentation also lama...later i ask them and they said their program crash when pardeep type rubbish...then when pardeep ask esther question...she can't jawab...so he became suspicious and so on la...so wut i can say from all 3 presentation was that urs was short cuz ur program did not crash...so i hope this is a good sign ...anyway we will keep ur fingers cross when he released ur in-course marks...

after that, i balik rumah...sat the smiley (triton) bus to bangsar lrt...it's slightly smaller that putraline but much more cleaner...cuz still new...reach home...mandi and watch the usual shows on tv...after dinner and watching amzing race 3 (sedap)...typing this piece of junk now...

sorrylar...no news or gossip segment today cuz haven't read newspaper yet...ciaoz...
