Oh hey!

Guess what is pretty cool! Lately I have sadly been failing this trial to share my faith, even a little in a non-threatening way. I called up my youth pastor and he gave me a great Bible verse (two actually)

• Romens 10:14 & 15
  ¹⁴How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? ¹⁵And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"

^{As I was looking at my verses, God opened up an oppertunity to share with this guy that I failed to share with before and I did it finally! God is a God of second chances and in my case third, and fourth, AND fith! How wonderful and forgiving is Jesus Christ!}

I will not be writing any more....

Good evening everyone,

I thought it good that I give you warning that I will be shutting down my site. After Big Sandy Camp (which wasn't but three hours ago) I have come to realize that this site is not a proper use of my time. Don't get me wrong that I'm trying to condem those who have sites. No, I'm not saying that at all. I've just decided that I need to shut this site down because it is distracting from what God maybe wanting me to pay attention to. God bless you all, and I pray that you all may be led closer to Jesus, the one that love us so much that He would die so that we would not be separated from Him because of our sins.

Romans 3:23
"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,"

*It doesn't matter who you are, weather it be a pastor of a church to a girl out in the country, we all have missed that target (rightousness).*

Romans 6:23
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in (or through) Christ Jesus our Lord."

*Because of those sins that we have, we desirve to be forever separated from God, but through Jesus we can be restored*

Romans 5:8
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

*You see, Jesus (God) showed how deeply He loved us, that while we were in our sinful life He died for us to that we may be given the chance to be reunited with Him.*

Romans 10:9,10
^"9That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. ¹⁰For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

*If we confess (make known) with our  mouths that Jesus really did die on the cross for our sins, and just  believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, you my friend will be saved.*

If you would like to take that step and belive with me that Jesus is Lord, all you have to do is accept this free gift that God is holding out, waiting, and pray with me.

I am a sinner. I'm sorry for what I have done wrong and ask you to forgive me. Jesus, I believe in you and want to begin my life with You and not apart from You. Thank You Jesus, for saving me.

That my friends is all it takes to begin in this Christian journey. Find a church around You that is a church that believes what the Word of God says is true, and get a Bible, if you don't have one, and start reading it (John is always a good place to start). John 1:1 says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." In other words God will speak to you through the Bible, and give you answers to the struggles that are common to man (1 Corinthians 10:13 "No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he'll never let you be pushed past your limit; he'll always be there to help you come through it.").  God bless you.

Hey there,

Yesterday was a bit of a toughie for me, I tend to "take up the world on my shoulders." God came to me last night though, and He just calmed me from the outside in (I was worried inside, and therefore I went to my G'mom to help me sort things through, wrote in my journal, and prayer journal. Yup, I just seeked God's Will and He relaxed my mind.) God is so good.

Thought: You know, why should I write in such detail about my life in a web site? It's nice to know how people are, but to some extent if people were really interested they would just get e-mails, a phone number, or addresses to write a thoughtful letter! For people to really find out about the people we care about! There's my ten cents.
