White Light Express Weekly (sort of) Focus
Greetings White Light Riders!
We've got a few new updates, all of them wonderful.
My immediate gratitude goes out to all of you for your intense thoughts and waves of healing energy that surrounded me last week and even still as I write. I had the very real knowledge that I was being held in the light all week long and I've had a huge increase in positive thought and personal healing. One of our riders gifted us with our own domain! We are now WhiteLightExpress.com, and we've also got space on the internet that we here at WLE headquarters will use and abuse in the best of ways. This summer will be about making our presence better known across the board and hopefully, across the world through the resources of the internet as we develop our new website better suited for what we want to accomplish.
I had asked for physical healing, for some petty legal issues to drift away and better sleep. I've received all of this and more.
Some of you donated your hard earned green towards the WLE, and because this is confidential information, I don't know who the anonymous donors are, but it's very appreciated. Thank You!
Survival Instinct served me well, this last week was going to be especially difficult for me and thru your efforts and awareness, I managed to make it from point "a" to point "b" without dilemma or trouble. May you be blessed, may you be happy.
This week is about "Unity".
The owner of this box car is the same Jeremy Huppatz who wrote our new WLE page, "Meditation 101". If you haven't had a chance to view it, take a look when you can.
Jeremy says this about his box car:
I'd like the intent to be about "self knowledge" and "self acceptance" (is that possible?)
Every person has problems that they're facing and many of these problems are
drawn into their lives because they are not learning/understanding/accepting
an aspect of self which would lead to progress in the evolution of their
soul. The little disasters, headaches and mishaps that are sent to us (and
many physical afflictions) serve as a reminder that we need to be paying
attention to what the "Great Big Is And Ever Was" (tm) is trying to teach
us. White light to this box-car should be directed towards people having
the courage to take off the blinkers and understand their lessons quickly,
that their lives might more comfortable.
Apply this White Light Effort into your life, and remember the owner of the focus and intent when you do. Light your weekly white candle (Avis and I were having a discussion on the price of these candles recently, and they are still just a dollar at most places) and take a moment out of your day to direct Light and Love towards this endeavor.
Please, never forget that you are part of a growing group of people who circle this earth in awareness and positive energy shifts. The time is NOW, and you can help. You CAN make a difference. I am living proof of the power of positive thinking and the essence of White Light.

White Light Express Weekly (sort of) Focus
Greetings White Light Riders!
As many of you are aware, several changes have happened with the WLE administration. Especially myself, Sarah. I worried about not having enough time to facilitate the WLE because of a new endeavor in my life in the employment arena. Working for a non profit children's theatre / organization was a 24/7 effort and my dream job. Unfortunately, due to circumstances at home and personally, I was unable to continue with this situation and regretfully, had to resign.
The up side to this is that I have more time at home to spend with my children, my personal art work & writing and of course, The White Light Express. And perhaps this is where the Universe would like me to focus my energy at this period in my life.
You will receive a small notification in a follow up email directly after I send this out. From time to time it is essential that I update my files. I must do this personally because I cannot afford the services that can do this automatically from my webserver at Homestead.
The Website for the White Light Express has a few new changes and additions.
Please take a moment to look at our new Meditation ~ 101 page written by Jeremy Huppatz (a fellow WLE rider) and our "Sponsor a Box Car" links.
The WLE is always going to be a Not For Profit endeavor, but I must admit that it is indeed a labor of Love. A time consuming, wonderful and educational experience that I truly have relished organizing and creating with my soul sister and partner, Avis Latone. We have also appreciated the skills and participation of Todd Zaba and Edwin Henneken in the past.
We have placed a "Donate" button thru the Amazon Honor System on our WLE pages in hopes that from time to time people may feel as though they want to contribute a little cash our way to help maintain the web site and the graphic representations of the weekly boxcars.
If you are compelled to assist us, this would be the way to do it. In return, we're offering nifty little buttons and banners for your websites or email signature so that you can tell the world you are part of the WLE.
Regardless of all that, YOU are very much a part of the WLE, and we wouldn't have it without you. Thank You!

Thank You Carla. Thank You for giving me this chance to light a candle without guilt on my own behalf, especially in this time of times in my life. Thank You for giving me a gentle reminder that I should and ought to focus some White Light for my own benefit.
These last few weeks have been humbling, and I am learning more and more how to ask, and how to receive. I have had people offer me help financially, emotionally and spiritually and truly, it has been humbling. In a wonderful and gracious way.
- When the WLE began nearly two years ago, The Jalapeno Xoom was my box car. I had asked in a tongue in cheek way for the chaos in my life to cease. I wasn't as in awe or as reverent as I am these days with the power of White Light. I have had the experience of time to show me about the mysteries of pure energy and the power of Light with the WLE, and now I ask each of you to light your weekly candle, and say a little prayer for me.
- I need financial assistance, so ask that people will purchase my artwork, my writing and seek my help in paying endeavors. Winning the Lottery would work too, but I don't play, so ... if you win, split it with me?
- I need physical healing for my body. I am beginning yet another waitressing job and my knees, my back, my neck and my shoulders are in very bad shape from the fibro myalgia I suffer as well as advanced arthritis combined with past injuries. I'm a young woman, and I have years to go. I need my hands to create, I need my legs to get me there.
- There are several lawsuits pending against myself and my family at this time. Some of these are frivolous and should be tossed out. Let's focus favorable results for my end of these legal proceedings.
- I have never suffered from insomnia. I'm suffering. Let me sleep?

White Light Express Weekly Focus
The response I have received from the parents of our last focus, "The Lost Boys" has been absolutely inspiring! One mother writes,
"I don't know how this works, I only know it works. The White Light Express has literally moved a mountain in our home and my son has a new outlook. I told him that 70 people were praying and meditating for his success, for his trials and tribulations to come to an end. Like I said, I don't know how the energy was shifted, I only know that it did. The same goes for my girlfriends son. It is my prayer that all those who added their own boys to this box car had the same result that we did. My lost boy has been found and his path is clearer for him today than it was last week. He has been given a second chance, and it's a miracle. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
Tears of gratitude filled my eyes as the words reached me, and they are tears of relief and joy as well. The thanks goes to all of you who reach out with a daily dose of energy and light for this focus. I'm encouraged and delighted when the results are immediate and I'm also reminded of one very important element. This mother told her son that there were prayers and good thoughts combined with White Light Energy coming his way. He obviously accepted the Love. His unconditional acceptance created a pathway for that energy to work. This is an essential component in any healing endeavor. You don't have to believe in miracles for them to happen, but it certainly helps.

This week, it's a box car called "Stepping Stone". It belongs to our beloved "Wilshak" on Xanga! Go visit him and send him some extra White Light and Love!

I've always been one to help others, but very reluctant to accept anything from anyone. (This will be a good exercise for him then, won't it?)
My new hours actually start next Sunday, so the timing on this is fortuitous. But my spirit guides/voices/thoughts-in-my-head have kept saying the greenhouse is a stepping stone, not an end in itself, and it was time to put all the visions in my head on paper and out into the world.
So I'd say my emphasis is for stamina, peace of mind and courage to succeed in my new greenhouse position, while building for a new life as a successful full time writer. I'd like perception about the route for my journey too. I know my destination, it's the points in between I'd like some clarity on.
And so there it is!
We welcome "Stepping Stone" on the White Light Tracks! Please surround this box car with as much White Light as possible and give it the full push thru to Sunday, February 2. I was terribly distracted with the events of this weekend, and regret that we are a day behind the typical schedule of Monday thru Sunday. Ah, a little extra Love never hurt anyone!

White Light Express Weekly Focus
Hello and Greetings Faithful Friends and WLE Family,
We've been working on creating mantra's that reflect our inner vision and purpose for the New Year recently, and a distinct and loving Thank you to those of you who wrote and shared your feelings, but also expressed that you were not able to come up with words to describe those thoughts. Many of you said that you truly tried, but found that there was a new awareness in things read or heard throughout that "Little Homework Assignment". I was thrilled that awareness or consciousness could be "piqued" ... it's my guess that many of you had that same experience. I'd like to do the same thing next year ... your participation is appreciated, but certainly not expected. The only thing we here at the White Light Express do expect from you is to focus on the box car of the moment and envelope it in the pure, loving, healing divine White Light Energy that we work with.
Thank you, again and again for the Love that you share. It does make a difference.
It's time to make a difference in the lives of some young men who are having a difficult time as teenagers in this world. This box car is special, in that it involves the hopes, dreams and wishes of a few people on the White Light Express, who have collectively decided that their focus can be combined into a single box car for the sake of their children.
At their request, no names or information can be readily shared due to the personal nature of their concern. The box car this week is "The Lost Boys."
The parents of these young man have said this:
"We are dealing with situations and dilemmas that will effect these young men for the rest of their lives. They are making choices that are affecting their grades and their self esteem, how their peers view them and their families. We need for each of these boys to realize the nature of their decisions and ask that God, or whatever higher power the White Light Express individual riders believe in to direct their paths. We are in a very critical period of their personal development and we feel as though sometimes it's all spiraling out of control. This is a difficult world to live in and times aren't as simple as they once were. We ask for protection, for love, for self awareness and the ability to focus on the tasks at hand for these young men. We ask that they will develop friendships that will motivate them and carry them through the rough periods when only another friend, not a parent or mentor, can provide. We realize also that many WLE riders have children in Jr. High, High School and beyond. We invite them to add their boys to this box car. The nature of young men in society today is changing, they need more love than ever. The Lost Boys aren't really lost, they are well loved, they simply need to love themselves. Thank you, and Blessed Be."
I am most definitely adding my boys to this box car. I thought about it for some time, and wondered at the evident gender bias, I mean, all children need love and support! However, I also recognize the need to focus certain types of energy, being a mother of both sexes. So, the Lost Boys aren't really lost, they are simply wandering! Let us focus Light on their paths that they may find the way to loving themselves and creating healthy lives.
