my body refuses food out of its own accord
it's not that I have to fight hunger pains
the problem actually is that I have to fight to eat
I'm not hungry anymore
and when I try to eat something,
I end up taking 3 or 4 bites out of it
before throwing it away

it was a month and a half relationship
and I gave him my virginity
fuck... no pun intended
none of my clothes fit
they're all big
except for my clothes from back when I was a freshman and a sophomore in high school
those fit pretty well
and yet I still feel huge
why can I not get this out of my head ?

BMI @ 130 : 23.8 very close to overweight
BMI @ 117 (CW) : 21.4 still "normal"

compliments have flown in from everywhere
from my last entry with an update CW, I went up to 130
now I've lost 13 pounds... feels great
it's the "eat-only-when-you-are-hungry-diet"
it works very well, apparently
