| the bride rejoices at the sound of the bridegrooms voice.
hearken to the voice of the bridegrooms calling,
"surely I come quickly!"
ah! she rejoices, and makes herself ready that she might be prepared at His appearing.
and truely, she loves His appearing.

| sweet illuminationRevelation 1:10 "I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day..."
its an amazing thing to seek after Christ; to be taught of Christ; to
follow after Him, and His Spirit illuminating my heart with the
knowledge of Him.
1Corinthians 2:10-14 "But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which
is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of
God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which
is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of
God.
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom
teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things
with spiritual.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for
they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they
are spiritually discerned."
God is a spirit and i am a spirit. His Spirit bears witness with my
spirit. not with my mind, not with physical senses, but with my spirit.
the things that are taught by the Spirit are understood by the spirit,
not always with the mind, but always with the spirit. that is where we
worship, that is where we learn of God, that is where we see God, that
is were our fellowship is, in the Spirit.
this is our life, our goal, our focus, the things that are spiritual.
we walk according to the Spirit, not according to the flesh. looking
not at the things which are seen but at the things which are not seen.
2Corinthians 4:18 "While we look not at the things which are
seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are
seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal."
Hebrews 11:27 "...for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible."
looking unto Jesus, ("whom having not seen, ye love..." 1Peter 1:8) we
run with endurance the race that is set before us. this is the faith
that the just live by, seeing those things which are invisible. because
we know that God who cannot lie has promised us things that our eyes
have not seen, but our spirits have seen and heard these things by His
Spirit, we know that it must surely be. we are like noah (Heb. 11:7)
convinced of things not yet seen. we are convinced in the spirit.
Oh! sweet illumination!

| Thou Dost Know The Waymy Father, to my heart i take Thy simple word of truth today; i shall not lose me in the break, for Thou dost know the way.
before my face a mountain frowns, above me all the sky is grey; the mist is lying on the downs; but Thou dost know the way.
around me various voices call, but thou wilt never let me stray; for Thou, my Father, knowest all the windings of the way.
oh, music that the soft winds blow, sweet song of peace for troubled day -- i am contented not to know, since thou dost know the way.

| "...H e s h a l l c o m e to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe... in that day.
Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of ^^this^^ calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:
That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him,
according to the grace of our God and the L o r d J e s u s C h r i s t ."
( II thessalonians 1:1-12 )
what a calling... that Christ would be glorified in me. that the Master would be admired in me. oh, to be worthy of such a calling. "He must increase, but I must decrease."
let the beauty of Jesus be seen in me: all His wonderous passion and purity. oh, Thou Spirit divine, all my nature refine, till the beauty of Jesus be seen in me.
