| wow . finally , i am back ! past 2 months has been crazy . i ate like 4 meals a day , didn't exercise for like 3 month. but i didn't gain or lose weight . weird . hmm . i'm still at 100 ! and i can fit into size 0 and stuff . but still , i feel fat ! i want to be 88 again !! i shall update later ! | | |
| whoa im back . my internet wasn't working so i couldn't updated my xanga !!! anyways , uuugggggghhhhhhhh i didn't gain any weight but i didn't loose any weight either . and homecoming is tomorrow. how sad is that ~ so after homecoming , im going to starveeeeeeeeeee i'll update later | | |

hey ! ugh , my plan is not going oh - so - great . i mean i did great job on first 2 days and i lost 4 pounds in 2 days cuz i watched what i was eating and exercised like an 1:30 hours. mmhmm but after two days , i binged and didn't exercised . i mean WTF IS WRONG WITH ME !!!!! ugh , do you guys know any tips that helps not to binge ??
when i want to eat
1. i look at the pictures of me ( like 2 months ago bcuz i was skinny )
2. grab your stomach . with all those fats ... do you still want to eat ?
3. take a nap ( this is the best way )

i gained 10 pounds in 4 week . how does that happened ? i ate about 2000 calories a day . ugh , during the summer i lost about 12 pounds . i never binged and exercised everyday . i ate about 500 calories a day and burns about 800 calories at gym . but when my goal weight was reached , 88 , everyone was like " omg you are so skinny now. how could you do that !!!! and everyone noticed my weight change . i also fitted in a 00 abercrombie and fitch jeans and felt realllyy good about myself. BUT as soon as i felt thin , i binged and binged binged binged and im really fat now . ugh im 5'4 and 100 pounds . i will be 88 again . people are saying " hey you are soo skinny " wtf ??? in 100 pounds ? NO WAY .
plans : i tend to binge after school . so after school , i will go to the library with my friends and stay there until 7:30 ish and tell my mom that i ate dinner at cafeteria . at 8:00 i will go to the gym and burn about 727 calories .
