沉迷Facebook 影響社交應求助 (明報) 09月 12日星期三 05:10AM

【明報專訊】每天登入Facebook等交友網站成了不少打工仔的心癮，社會福利署臨心理服務科總臨心理學家劉家祖指出，沉迷Facebook其實跟以往人們沉迷網上聊天室、打機一樣，是潮流的反射。他

相信Facebook吸引辦公室工作的人，因為「都市生活局限，他們朝9晚5在同一地方工作，很少機會接觸不同的人，Facebook是另一個渠道讓他們擴大社交圈子，即使那只屬虛擬。」

網民可在Facebook內，向已聯繫的朋友送上「一杯啤酒」、「一條小金魚」或其他虛擬小禮物，更有人會「飼養寵物」，定時定候向那隻自選小狗送上「食物」。劉家祖指，這其實是另一種形式的心意卡，玩家的出發點，是為滿足無法實現之事的欲望投射，如小朋友以送酒滿足其對喝酒的幻想，又或不能養狗的人以此安慰自己。劉家祖說，若玩Facebook至影響日常社交生活，應向輔導員或心理學家求助。
