i messed up my left foot trail running up griffith park on friday and can't do the mud run this coming saturday so i desperately need a sub!!!
if anyone wants to do a 5k run for free, please let me know! i'll even drive you over there and cheer you on. i just really need a sub 'cause it's a team of 5. other ppl running include emanbruin, schin, & maktalkaveli.

it looks like a really fun run w/mini-obstacle courses and all. if i can't find anyone to sub, i may have to limp through the 5k myself. :T
i'm not sure what's wrong w/my foot. it doesn't feel like a sprain. i tried jogging on it just now and it HURTS. i'll probably see my crazy chinese acupuncturist this week.

| insurance ratesis $900 per 6 months for auto insurance good or bad???
my policy is up for renewal next month so i figured this could be a good time to negotiate a better rate or find a new insurance company.
i currently have allstate covering $50k per person & $100k property + uninsured motorist coverage & total loss coverage for my 2007 scion.
am i getting ripped off?? should i go w/another company? i heard how allstate was forced to lower rates earlier this year because they were too high before!
what insurance company do you use? do you get a good rate?
please name some companies & rates so i can mention that "my friend is paying $ ___ with ____ insurance" when i call to negotiate a better rate. :) |

i know most of my friends are the same way. over committed. over worked. busy, busy, busy.
i keep saying i'll be less busy after the next big thing. i'll be less busy after b-ball league. or maybe after branches retreat. or when the chair goes out of town. or after the wedding.
then i can take care of those all those things on the to do list.
but it never ends, really. and 90% of the time it's fine.

apparently the cute little girl singing for the opening ceremony was just lip-singing. the little girl who was really singing wasn't cute enough to be put on stage.
