ugh. sorry i haven't been posting. i've been helping my old dance instructor with her spring performance and it's a lot more work then i thought i signed up for. haha. on the plus side, i get to take dance classes for free!! so yay for more oppurtunities to burn calories!! plus when i'm not dancing i'm moving set pieces/running around like a mad woman! ha. AND being being around my ballet friends is like 24/7 thinspiration. i'm never hungry when i'm around them (which is AWESOME) b/c all i can think about is how i can see their collar bones and spine and then *poof* no hunger! so yea! sorry i've been flaking on you all, though. not cool. 375 calories today!!!! holler! haha.

not alot to say today... i think i'm getting sick... which could be a good thing in the long run (ha). so yea. thanks for the support, babes!
hey there! i'm feeling GREAT today! i've only had 200 calories today and that's all i intend to have! i also spent 3 hours at my old dance studio taking class/helping get ready for the performance. it was soo good to see all of my friends again and get some cardio in! so yea! i'm feeling light and happy and i'm proud of my self for having such a successful day! yayuh! haha.
ew. just ate an obnoxiously, grossly big egg salad everything bagel when i went out to lunch with my friends. plus a salad and some chips. i've been making really good progress (until today) and i'm just kind of disappointed in myself, you know? i guess i'll be heading to the gym for a while after i get back from the barn. sigh. on a plus note, i weighed myself this morning (before gross bagel ingesting) and was at 145.5!!! this is the lowest i've been in a while!! i'm excited! haha. hopefully everyone is having an amazing day!!!!
