im kneelin over yet another toliet with my finger down my throat...

just hoping

and wishing

that i will do more than choke on air.

i want to be thin, like all the other girls,

i want skinny,

i want to look hot and cute in any clothes i try on,

not just the sweatshirts and layers of tanks and long sleeved shirts,

because no im not obese,

but sometimes, i sure feel that way.

 

intake:

breakfast: nada

lunch: wada

(it rhymes lol)

snack: umm bagel and 2 slices sandwich pepperoni

dinner: friggan 3 pieces of pizza, omg i am such a heifa lol and diet root beer

yeah i know its not great but i threw some up, but i couldnt get too much ohhh well.

i decided tomorrow i am going on an all water fast.

now points for today:

bonus: not binging:1 cus idk not purging: big fat zeero updating daily: 2

sleep: 6

water: 5

exersize: 3

calories: eww probably one

total: only 18, but i square(spellin) you guys im eating absolutly nothing tomorrow

hay hunnies (he hee).

well sorry i havent been on in like...forever, but thats because i like wasnt home at all. so i'll try and remember everything. from the last couple days and put my points on..wow thats gonna be interestin...

friday : no school cus veterans day so that was pretty sweet. well my cousins came from new york on thurs and my grandfather died a year ago on saturday so we went to "visit the graves" as my family calls it and then i left for connecticut after that with my aunt...food:

breakfast: nothing (water maybe?)

lunch: chicken salad wrap 1.5 breadsticks, side salad. i threw some of that up though(threw up twice durin that meal)

supper: the other half of my wrap and fries and water. didnt throw that up unfortunatly

dessert: my aunt of course had the ohsobrilliant idea of ordering freakin room service for dessert so i had a brownie thing which i threw up

points:

didnt do very good but..

calories: prob like 2 eww

exersize:umm 0

water: prob 5-6 i'll say 5.5

sleep: 6?

no purging: 0

no binging: 2

thats all for friday..oh an total points..15.5...eww.

saturday: not much better but yeah probly worse actually...was in connecticut most of day

breakfast: *sigh* bagel from..dunkin donuts so its like loadded with crap and i didnt throw up anyy of it, ew i know

lunch: eww umm turkey ham wrap. doritos. water. ho hos, lol. did throw some of that up though.

supper: yeah so we went to cracker barrel cus we were cumin home from connectitcut... i had chicken and dumplins biscuit green beans, mashed potatoes..but i didnt eat too much of em and i threw it up anyway...

dessert: threeeee cookies but i threw em up

calories: hmm probably like 1

exersize: 1

water: 8

sleep: 6

bonus: no binging: 2 no purging:0 idk thats all?

grand frikkin total: 18 lol

sunday: that would be today

breakfast: nothing

snack: eww um few cheese its and 2 munkins

lunch: umm chinese food which i threw up

well i g2g i'll finish this later..

dinner: eww mac and cheese and a friggan hot dog...and guess what i did..threw it up, like the rest of the meals lol. oh kay so heres the points...

calories: probably 2 but of course i threw uo some so whatver but yeah.

exersize: 3 points, oh yeah

water: probably 7 points

 sleep: umm 6

bonus: no puging-0 no binging-2 updating everyother day: 1

total:.............only 21 oh well.

hay hay. thanks for all the comments guys. <3 you all. Soo the challenge started today so heres my intake and points for the challenge...but unfortunatlly im goin to connecticute tomorrow so i wont be able to update till saturday or sunday after this...anyway, here it is...

breakfast: water, dry cereal(around 150), muffin(about 100)

lunch: water

snack: water water water and diet coke lol

supper: havent got there yet (i'll put it in when i know guys)

points...so far, but i'll be on sometime and make sure they ar all rite for the end of the day...

calories points: 4...

exersize: like 1

water: 10 points oh yeah baby

sleep: (for last night) 6

bonus: -updating daily- 2 -no binging/purging- 4 -commenting- 1

total so far: (I will put real total at end of day) 28.

oh yeah and official weight is....(drumroll please) -wow im weird-...142.5 which is fine considerin i ate some.
