So Marsha and I went to Cabo last week. It was great. One of the most relaxing vacation's I've been on. The resort and the accomodations were top notch. Here some pics :)

I finally beat this game on hard!!! This game is really fun. I played it for like 4 hours straight on Saturday and Sunday. http://www.handdrawngames.com/DesktopTD/game.asp

It's called Desktop Tower Defense. You basically build all these towers and upgrade them to prevent the little critters from getting across the screen. Try it out and let me know what you think :) Be forewarned though, it is very addictive.

Hua Hua, the new mom of four dog cubs, was regarded as a hero mother by many locals in flood-struck Chongqing city, for one brave deed and for her unbeatable love for her children.

Hua Hua was a street dog who temporarily lived in a park along the Changbin Road in the southwestern city. Every day, Hua Hua jumps down to the flooded Yangtze River, swims more than two kilometers to an isolated island. Then she comes back to find herself some food. Hua Hua fulfills this procedure twice a day, and she has never stopped during the past half month.

So apparantly I am developing a bit of a gut according to my sister. We went out to Barton Springs to take Bonzai (Marsha's Pomeranian) and our friend Chappy's dog and I was wading in the water and my sister noticed that I am a little flabbier around the mid-section. So, I am embarking on a conservative diet. I will be limiting my beer consumption and try to drink wine instead. Apparantly I read an article that says all the carbs in beer come from sugar which generally ends up as fat around your midsection. It's not like I drink that much. (Maybe an equivalent of a couple beers/wines/others) a week at most? Everyone says that I'll eventually gain weight and get a gut, but it's too soon for me. I'm only 25. I will not let this happen haha

I've also started taking Psyllium Husk, which is good for digestion. I'll keep it at that haha. I will continue on my flax seed regimen for my Omega 3's. Anyways, hope to get in shape for the lacrosse league that I'm joining in June. I need to get my summer buff body back..(kidding!) for tubing.

Anyways, if anyone out there has cool supplement/herbal remedies or health nut things they do, just for genearl health, I'm always interested in hearing the latest fads to try. :) Let me know your ideas!
