| okay so it's been awhile since i updated...last update was a bit sad...but this one is better because it's summer!!! and with summer comes goals(these goals are in no real order just as they pop into my head)
1. lift more, get bigger and more defined/ripped
2. save up and buy a truck or car
3. save up more and get a scope and bipod for my 7mm wsm and turn it into my sniper rifle for deer
4. enlist for Marines
5. go to training thingys with ben on wednesdays
6. run more and build lower body strength and endurance
7. go to p.t. and make sure my shoulder gets fixed up
thats it for me i wish my updates were more inspirational and junk but that wouldn't be my style...before i go i'm goign to say 2 things first (this is for dunk) "A blind man with out a seeing eye dog is lost...but a seeing eye dog with out a blind man is a lone wolf." lol and second the last update was wrong it is not feels like to day rascal flatts c.d. it was me and my gang lol but not like anyone reads these things

| today, my grandfather lowe passed away...this does upset me, but i'm doing what i do best and keeping it all in...he was someone i really was connected to and i will miss him

| well, i'm updating. no longer playing baseball for wp, so i'm going to play for loysville twilight. had the bench comp. in march and placed 5th with 230lbs for the 165 weight class which ain't too bad considering my right shoulder is still messed up from last year and now i'm back in physical thearpy so praise god haha. new classes and different people so i'm hoping this won't be too much of a pain but who knows? lol well i'm going to do one of these thingys

| With each passing day...Baseball season gets closer. I'm def. looking forward to that. since new years i've been lifting atleast 4 times a week, two times a day. it's wreaking me. oh well, "Pain is weakness leaving the body". life has been shitty but i ain't complainin' who gives a hoot?, right? i know life isn't supposed to be easy and perfect...but i'm sure that not every little thing is supposed to suck and piss you off. i ain't sweatin' it too much...after school i'll go do the marines and serve my country and make myself useful. here's a song:

| it's a new year...sorry i don't update it's only because i think it's too time consuming and i def don't like xanga...xmas was good got alot of weight lifting stuff, baseball equipment, and a new gun (which i bought) it's a browning abolt 7mm wsm. i can't wait to take that son-a-b*tch out lol. well this is an update so now you people can get of my back and quit calling me a bum...here's a song just for the new year....:
