since last week ive been swimming every day. and gyming every night.

and in the past week ive lost 4 kgs which is 10LBS... or so the scales tell me... i went from 155LBS down to 145LBS... i guess its good but i still feel like i need to keep going- which i will! its not really about a number its the way i look and i still look HUGE.

im eating really well and so so much fruit its not funny. IS TOO MUCH FRUIT BAD FOR YOU?? like i mean 12 pieces a day???

im going for 120LBs as i have for AAAGES!! but i WILL GET THERE!

no thinspo today sorry... this will be good.

im starting to throw some of my breakfast out,, i just eat so so much! too much!

i feel guilty when i eat cereal but im sick of eating apples so much.. what else is a low calorie breakfast food?? i eat yoghurt too but want something else with it....

im in such a rut.

i have put on so much weight since i stopped going to the gym and people tell me otherwise but the truth is always in the jeans, right? and they are too snug!

i moved back to adelaide even though i got into med school at newcastle because i just dont think i could deal with being back there now. ive deffered the place though, but everyone thinks ive just declined it and quit. i dunno... i might do it next year.

a girl at figure skating yesterday sliced her leg open with her ice skates and her adipose tissue (fat cells) and muscles were oozzing out and i was with her when she fell and i just took control of the situation and it just felt so good to be able to help her and i was so calm. so now i wanna be a doctor again!! haha

but for now im sooo sooo desperatley looking to move to town. and ill tell you the main reason- so i can have my own food. get into a routine, and go to the gym every single day like i did in newcastle. that was amazing...

yesterday was my last day at the gym, so i made my money worth it.
630 calories - 50 min mountain biking class
1100 calories - 70 min cross trainer


SOOO undecided about whether to come back to uni here in Newcastle or go home to Adelaide (2400km away) i really want to go to Adelaide but I dont know if i'll get the transfer. it sucks cos if i don't, what do i do!? stay in Newcastle or just come back to Adelaide anyway and just work? i don't know...

i need to decided asap cos i have to start booking really expensive flights from Bolivia to LA to come back home to australia for uni in newcastle cos ill already be a week into uni...
BUT, if i go back to Adelaide, uni starts 3 weeks later than Newcastle so i could do a stop over in Chicago on the way home..
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!
Anyway, enough of me rambling.

went to the gym yesterday, they have new pay tv channels. soooo good! i ended up on the cross trainer for 65 minutes without even realising it and i burnt 1150 calories!!! and that was after a 1hr class of total body workout! i felt AMAZING!

so i just handed in a big assignment, so im excited cos its done. just one more left which shouldn't be too hard.
only one week and then its holidays!!! cant wait!
im excited but crap thing is i havnt bought any fruit or veg cos it will go off while im away so i have nothing but cereal and carbs to eat which SUCKS.
my gym membership runs out tomorrow.
ARGH! i have to get to 138 by the end of next week. how if i have no gym???

Some tips up our sleeve.
  1. Pamper all the time- keeps you busy, feeling better and looking HOTTTT!! hehe!
  2. Eat protein meals- it makes it look like u eat healthily and normally and is brilliant for weight loss. Hair loss and other problems hopefully wont happen too! and it fills you up !
  3. Take omega 3 or flax seed oil or other essential fatty acid supplements everyday as well as multivitamins and calcium of you dont drink milk. I take omega 3 every day and its amazing for your health!
  4. Stay positive at all times
  5. Set yourself mini goals
  6. Dont show off your loss at all at home. keep it a secret and act like you didnt really notice you were losing it just happened
  7. go out as much as possible- less time around the house and motivates you to wanna look good!
  8. listen to music that makes you feel good/ buy or download new CDs all the time
  9. Go to the gym intensively to boost metabolism- this will last weeks even if u stop going!
  10. situps daily
  11. weigh in once a week at same time and place to keep focused but not weigh in too often as it makes it harder to see the losses
  12. shower all the time
  13. drink green tea
  14. eat sugar free jelly when hungry
  15. dont over restrict- have about 300 - 900 a day
  16. Have days where u eat more to boost your metabolism
  17. weigh in on fridays so it motivates you to work out and eat right during monday to friday! then u r less stressed about it on the weekend!!!
  18. eat vegetables and protein everyday for dinner
  19. if out drinking always count the calories!! or have light drinks like vodka and sugar free fizzy drink.
  20. have 2-4 litres of water a day: trust me! And it does get easier your body seems to get used to it and expect it like i wake up with a dry mouth and i have to have water now which is so strange as i hate it usually! I now love it cos i know it makes me feel full and its getting rid of cellulite and helping the loss!!
  21. Dont try to fast for days and days. First of all, fasting for long periods of time actually slows down the metabolism, second, it increases binge cravings immensely, and third, it affects your mood greatly. Instead of being happy for losing weight, youll be depressed simply because of lack of food.
  22. If you are really craving food, brush your teeth with a strong mint toothpaste. This helps to put you off food because of the taste it leaves behind.
  23. In between each mouthful of food that you eat, take a sip of water. It fills you up and slows down your eating so that you stay in control and the meal doesnt turn into a flat-out binge.
  24. Wear baggy jumpers around the house as the weight loss starts to show. this will stop any one suspecting.
  25. I would not recommend taking laxatives. they actually just stimulate your lower bowel so all you are doing is getting the stuff out of you AFTER it has already been digested! Its pointless as all you will be doing is making your tummy hurt and stripping yourself of that metabolism boosting water!
  26. Sleep at least 8 hours a night. Less than 8 hours sleep a night stimulates appetite by 15%. A lot of people with eating disorders suffer from insomnia, but it really is important to get as much sleep as possible.. Not just for weight loss, but because it helps the body stay healthy when you are restricting.
  27. Always eat teaspoon size amounts of food at any one time and chew well. you will look and feel like you've been eating for ages!
  28. If you are trying to look like you are eating always 'fiddle' with the food...when we had BBQs I would always get a few drumsticks and salad...then i would peel of the chicken skin (but also peel of the meat!) and put it on the plate...because your hands r greasy get a kitchen towel / tissue and when noone is looking put the tissue carefully on the plate and wrap up the food! Then just throw the tissues away! I did this sooo many times and its great coz i used to end up with a few drumstick bones on my plate when really u just had salad!
  29. The classic one... leave plates with crums around the house / wrappers...Or wash up other peoples dishes so they think youve already had food! people never think we'd be weird enough to fake that haha!
  30. If you never go in the kitchen, your family will notice. Go in and just rustle the bags and stuff, maybe have one small bit of something but if you r at the stage where people are suspicous then make sure they SEE u chewing that one thing, then theyll assume u had the whole thing already !
  31. Remember to drink tea whenever hungry- green in particular! Theres LOADS of herbal teas so try some more kinds too if you get bored of one.
  32. When you feel you need to eat, list the reasons why its not such a good idea. By then you'll most likely lose the craving, and you'll have convincing reasons not to eat.
  33. go for a walk or sleep to keep your mind off a craving
  34. Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day.  IT IS TRUE that water speeds up your metabolism..and also helps your kidneys work well and burn that fat! And makes your skin and complexion so clear!
  35. Keep yourself extremely busy, that can include jobs, going out, excercising, study, watch tv, xanga, scrapbook, read, chatting to people online/ going on the internet, anything that you know will keep you occupied
  36.  out of sight is out of mind. If there are goodies lying around on the counters or table, put them away and/or hide them
  37. if u are REALLY hungry and have tried all the usually things to stop a binge with no success, dont worry! Make a HUGE batch of soup and put some stock cubes, carrots, celery and loads of herbs and spices and of course LOADS of water...this is a VERY low calorie snack and you can have soooo much of it that you will almost feel like you did have a binge! but the good news is that u didnt and when u wake up the next day your stomach wil be flat again :)
  38. If you have a terrible craving, turn on the TV. Most likely, some sort of show will be on with skinny, gorgeous actresses/models.
  39. chew gum! especially if you know you are going somewhere there will be 'nibbles' or 'snacks' so you can say 'no thankyou, im chewing gum'
  40. If you get to a stage where you begin to get very cold, your lips and/or nails go blue then wrap up discreetly. like wear lots of strappy tops under your clothes and tights too.
  41. I used to like to take chewy supplements as some of them actually taste nice and it sort of feels like a treat
  42. Always keep your eye on the goal and think postively!!
  43. Remember, it wont happen overnight, it wont happen in a week, but it WILL happen! sometimes i think i havnt lost anything, but if i look back to april when i began ive lost over 15lbs!
