Pamper all the time- keeps you busy, feeling better and looking HOTTTT!! hehe!
Eat
protein meals- it makes it look like u eat healthily and normally and
is brilliant for weight loss. Hair loss and other problems hopefully
wont happen too! and it fills you up !
Take
omega 3 or flax seed oil or other essential fatty acid supplements everyday as
well as multivitamins and calcium of you dont drink milk. I take omega 3 every day and its amazing for your health!

Dont show off your loss at all at home. keep it a secret and act like you didnt really notice you were losing it just happened
go out as much as possible- less time around the house and motivates you to wanna look good!
listen to music that makes you feel good/ buy or download new CDs all the time
Go to the gym intensively to boost metabolism- this will last weeks even if u stop going!

weigh in once a week at same time and place to keep focused but not weigh in too often as it makes it harder to see the losses

dont over restrict- have about 300 - 900 a day
Have days where u eat more to boost your metabolism

in on fridays so it motivates you to work out and eat right during
monday to friday! then u r less stressed about it on the weekend!!!

if out drinking always count the calories!! or have light drinks like vodka and sugar free fizzy drink.
have
2-4 litres of water a day: trust me! And it does get easier your body
seems to get used to it and expect it like i wake up with a dry mouth
and i have to have water now which is so strange as i hate it usually!
I now love it cos i know it makes me feel full and its getting rid of cellulite and
helping the loss!!
Dont
try to fast for days and days. First of all, fasting for long periods
of time actually slows down the metabolism, second, it increases binge
cravings immensely, and third, it affects your mood greatly. Instead of
being happy for losing weight, youll be depressed simply because of
lack of food.
If
you are really craving food, brush your teeth with a strong mint
toothpaste. This helps to put you off food because of the taste it
leaves behind.
In
between each mouthful of food that you eat, take a sip of water. It
fills you up and slows down your eating so that you stay in control and
the meal doesnt turn into a flat-out binge.
Wear baggy jumpers around the house as the weight loss starts to show. this will stop any one suspecting.
I
would not recommend taking laxatives. they actually just stimulate your
lower bowel so all you are doing is getting the stuff out of you AFTER
it has already been digested! Its pointless as all you will be doing is
making your tummy hurt and stripping yourself of that metabolism
boosting water!
Sleep
at least 8 hours a night. Less than 8 hours sleep a night stimulates
appetite by 15%. A lot of people with eating disorders suffer from
insomnia, but it really is important to get as much sleep as possible..
Not just for weight loss, but because it helps the body stay healthy
when you are restricting.
Always eat teaspoon size amounts of food at any one time and chew well. you will look and feel like you've been eating for ages!
If
you are trying to look like you are eating always 'fiddle' with the
food...when we had BBQs I would always get a few drumsticks and
salad...then i would peel of the chicken skin (but also peel of the
meat!) and put it on the plate...because your hands r greasy get a
kitchen towel / tissue and when noone is looking put the tissue
carefully on the plate and wrap up the food! Then just throw the
tissues away! I did this sooo many times and its great coz i used to
end up with a few drumstick bones on my plate when really u just had
salad!
The
classic one... leave plates with crums around the house /
wrappers...Or wash up other peoples dishes so they think youve already had food! people never think we'd be weird enough to fake that haha!
If
you never go in the kitchen, your family will notice. Go in and just
rustle the bags and stuff, maybe have one small bit of something but if
you r at the stage where people are suspicous then make sure they SEE u
chewing that one thing, then theyll assume u had the whole thing
already !
Remember
to drink tea whenever hungry- green in particular! Theres LOADS of
herbal teas so try some more kinds too if you get bored of one.
When
you feel you need to eat, list the reasons why its not such a good
idea. By then you'll most likely lose the craving, and you'll have
convincing reasons not to eat.
go for a walk or sleep to keep your mind off a craving
Drink
plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day. IT IS TRUE that water
speeds up your metabolism..and also helps your kidneys work well and
burn that fat! And makes your skin and complexion so clear!
Keep
yourself extremely busy, that can include jobs, going out, excercising, study, watch tv, xanga, scrapbook, read,
chatting to people online/ going on the internet, anything that you
know will keep you occupied
out of sight is out of mind. If there are goodies lying around on the counters or table, put them away and/or hide them
if
u are REALLY hungry and have tried all the usually things to stop a
binge with no success, dont worry! Make a HUGE batch of soup and put
some stock cubes, carrots, celery and loads of herbs and spices and of
course LOADS of water...this is a VERY low calorie snack and you can
have soooo much of it that you will almost feel like you did have a
binge! but the good news is that u didnt and when u wake up the next
day your stomach wil be flat again :)
If
you have a terrible craving, turn on the TV. Most likely, some sort of
show will be on with skinny, gorgeous actresses/models.
chew gum! especially if you know you are going somewhere there will be 'nibbles' or 'snacks' so you can say 'no thankyou, im chewing gum'
If
you get to a stage where you begin to get very cold, your lips and/or
nails go blue then wrap up discreetly. like wear lots of strappy tops
under your clothes and tights too.
I used to like to take chewy supplements as some of them actually taste nice and it sort of feels like a treat
Always keep your eye on the goal and think postively!!
- Remember, it wont happen overnight, it wont happen in a week, but it WILL happen! sometimes i think i havnt lost anything, but if i look back to april when i began ive lost over 15lbs!
